CEFCO Convenience Stores

This started Oct 8th 2022 with the clerk overcharging me for an item. She refused to honor the posted price on the cooler stating she was told she was not allowed to over ride the system. Here we are on Nov 7, 2022 and they still have the lower price up and are over charging. All three store located on Hewitt Dr in Waco Tx are guilty of this. I contacted one manager (Tina) who bold faced lied to my twice stating it was a TABC RULE and then a Vender rule (I verified this was was false information by calling both TABC and the vender). I have now contacted the corporate office 3 times and have gotten no where. But that would explain the clerk telling me to go ahead and call corporate because they would still be standing no matter what. The deceptive trade practices act clearly states the ALL retail stores must honor the advertised price. I’m only one person who has been overcharged and treated like dirt when I call them out. Imagine how many others have been cheated. I do have photos and receipts to verify.
