So, I was trying to get the Reverb Marketplace Integration up and running, but it just wouldn't cooperate. I mean, sometimes these things happen, right? I wasn't too worried about it, so I decided to reach out to the chat support to see if they could help me out. They told me that the technical team would be in touch, so I gave them my email address and waited patiently for a response. And waited. And waited some more.
I tried following up with them on chat, but they were pretty dismissive and didn't seem too interested in helping me out. I even sent a few emails asking for an update, but I never heard back from anyone. After three long weeks of waiting, I finally decided to throw in the towel and delete the app. I mean, what else was I supposed to do?
I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience, so I decided to leave a bad review. I mean, if they weren't going to help me out, then I wanted other people to know about it. But wouldn't you know it, within 24 hours of leaving that review, a representative from CedCommerce reached out to me.
Now, I'm not saying that I suddenly had a change of heart or anything, but it was nice to see that they were at least trying to make things right. They didn't really give me any explanations or anything, but I guess that's not really what I was looking for. I just wanted to know that they cared about their customers and were willing to go the extra mile to make things right.
Overall, I'm still a little hesitant to recommend CedCommerce to anyone, but I will say that their customer service team seems to be pretty on top of things. I mean, they obviously care more about their reputation than earning it with adequate service, but I guess that's just the way things are these days.

Initially, I had only given them the order to make my website work faster and provide a better user experience. I decided to migrate my entire content to a new server and asked them to implement it. However, to my dismay, they informed me that they had deleted all the codes, and I would need to pay everything again.
I was extremely disappointed and felt like I had lost my money. I know it was my mistake for trusting them to do the work for the money paid, but I would like to personally request that anyone who gives them a work order should only make payment after getting the entire work done. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Although I must commend their customer support team for being exceptional, I found myself disappointed with the overall quality of the extension itself. Unfortunately, the extension failed to perform even the most basic functions, such as ensuring that the highest bidder was declared the winner of the auction. Additionally, I found that numerous features were missing, including the lack of ways to filter auctions on the catalog page, no reserve auction feature, no proxy bidding, no outbid email/sms notification, and a bug that prevented auctions from starting when they were supposed to.
