Order placed in May its now July and still no shipment info. Never sent me an order confirmation. Emailed them to get status and was told 4-6 weeks out. Asked for a refund and i was sent an automated response about high call volumes and email traffic. Dont use this company, if you have issues with a refund, just get your credit card company involved.

listen up! I was stoked to get my new cushions for my patio furniture from Casual Line Corporation. I ordered them in May , but when I called in July , they said I'd get them by the end of the week. But the next week, I still hadn't gotten them, so I called again. They said they'd ship them the next day, but a week later, still no cushions. I asked to cancel my order, but they said no refunds. I asked to talk to a manager, but they weren't there. It's now 7/10 and I still don't have my cushions. Don't waste your time with this company if you want good customer service and timely delivery.

I paid for my order #*** for $1600 on 5/18. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I started calling every week at 10 weeks. I talked to some rude employees who said I'd get my order "next week". I've been calling for 2 weeks straight 2-3x a week and no one answers the phone! I've emailed and got no response! It's been 4 MONTHS and still no cushions. I gotta complain because I can't even reach this company. I already paid for my cushions and just want what I paid for. My order is SO FAR past due it's crazy! This ain't cool.

I never got my cushions from Casual Line Corporation. I ordered them for my patio on May 22, and it's already July 22, and I still haven't received them. They said it would take 5 to 6 weeks to arrive, and once shipped, I would get them in one day since I live in Florida. I called them on July 13, and they said my order should have been sent to shipping and that it would be shipped out on July 17. It's been almost a week now, and I still haven't received my cushions or an email saying they've been shipped. I called them again, and they put me on hold to check on it, but they never came back to the phone to let me know what was going on. They're quick to take your money, but they don't keep their promises. Be careful when buying from them!

I order some new cushions for my chairs from Casual Line Corporation on April 26th. They said it would take 6 weeks, but when I called them they said it could be 8-10 weeks. I paid and got confirmation. They said they would email me when they shipped. 10 weeks was July 5th. I called them on July 12th and they said they would ship by the end of the week and email me the tracking info. They didn't. I waited another week and called on 7-19. Alma told me the same thing as last week. I still haven't got an email with shipping info and I'm done waiting. They were rude on the phone last time, so I don't want to call again. I emailed them on Monday, but no response. I just want my cushions.

I ordered some replacement slings from Casualine on May 11. I got six of them, made of *** material, and they were supposed to be 18 1/4 X 48 1/2. I paid $309.94 for them. They said it would take about 5 weeks to get them, but I didn't get them until July 18. When I put the first one on, I saw that it was about 3/4" too short and didn't cover the whole chair frame. So I took it off and measured all six of them. They were all messed up and too small: 47 1/2, 47 1/2, 47 3/4, 48, 47 3/4, 47 3/4. I called the company on Aug 2 and told them what was up. They said I didn't have to send them back and they'd make me a new set and send it out by Aug 6. But they didn't send them, so I called again on Aug 9. They said to wait until the end of the day and I'd get an email when they were shipped. But they never sent them.

I orderd replacment cushuns for my Azalea Ridge swivel dining chairs on June 1, 2022 from Casual Line Corporation and paid $535 for the cushuns. They charged me twice for the cushuns, but refunded one of the charges. They were supposed to send me an email confirmashun, but it never came. I had to call them 3 times on June 6, 2022 to get the address and email correct and to get the confirmashun. I got the cushuns on July 23 via *** but they were the wrong size for my chairs. I sent 2 emails to their email address at [protected]@gmail.com with photos showing the wrong cushuns. I called them on July 25 when I didn't get a response to my emails. I spoke with a rude female manager who asked me to measure the cushuns and send to her. I told her I wanted a refund and for FedEx to pick up the cushuns. She hung up on me and I haven't heard from them since. They need to refund my money since they can't make cushuns that fit specific furniture.
