Casio - Bad customer service
Watch display failed during 1 year-warranty. Sent it twice to Casio's designated western US repair service, once to them directly. Returned unrepaired all three times. I made numerous calls and never talked with anyone with authority. In spite of several promises, no one ever called me back. Watch is useless in cool or cold weather. I'm more disgusted with their total unresponsiveness than with their defective product. Casio does not seem to care in the least about their customers or their reputation.
