Cash Crusaders Ps4

Good day

I am complaining about my ps4 that i pawned by your shop in kabega park i took it in this year not sure what month but every month i went to go pay the intrest. June the 15 the it expired i then went to go and pay the interest again that same day it got sold. I would like all my money back for the interest that i paid on my ps4. This is unacceptable and would like to take this further as i am very upset about this... I will be waiting for yout feedback.

Cash Crusaders My items being sold on the floor, whilst I have been up to date with my interest payments. And despite having proof of payment

Good day,

Can you please assist me.
A few months ago i logged a complait against Cash Crusaders St Georges Square, George Western Cape. More specifically against Buying Manager Gerhardus.

I borrowed +-R500 on my Gold Ring & Citizen Solar watch, which i payed the interest every month until i could go and get it released.
I became i'll and so a friend with a signed copy of my ID went to pay on my behalf.

He was told to pay the money directly to the cash Crusaders Nedbank Account, and was send the proof of payment email address via Gerhardus's Whatsapp.
We emailed the proof of payment twice but received no confirmation from his side.

But knowing the interest was paid i thought my goods were safe.
The next month i called the friday to arrange to pay on the monday as i was out of town and they would close for the weekend before i returned.

I was told the arrangement would be fine for monday. But to my dismay when i reached monday to pay the full amount for my goods to be released back to me, i was told my Gold ring was sold and that i had to buy back my watch at floor selling price.

When i complained i was told i my items have been on the floor for selling since 2 months. (I had paid my interest in full at that time) i was told by Gerhardus that he's boss did not check the email correctly. I showed my proof of payment again but he ademently remained saying i have to buy my own watch back at floor price.

I am not responsible for the incompetence of the staff or the daily working procedures, but i was devastated as the worth of my watch is -+R2000 at that current market value but most importantly it had sentimental value as my mother gave it to me and she lived overseas so it was hers and then suppose to be my family heirloom.

No apology was given, nor my items. And i feel that i have been wronged unjustifyingly and this drove me into a deep deppression.

I need justice to prevail as i cannot just accept the great loss of my watch even with no response from Cash Crusaders head office after logging a complaint months ago.

Please can you help me.

Cash Crusaders Tv damaged while taken in on buy back

I took my tv to Cash Crusaders the Glen on buy back on about the 1st July 2018. It was practically brand new (about 6 months old), today the 1st August 2018 I collected it and it had a scratch about 2cm long on it. I returned it within an hour. They told me it was a new scratch (apparently they experts but weren't able to back it up with any certification). I still got almost 17 months warranty from Pick n pay and don't want a 2nd hand TV which is outdated and no warranty. I want the same make and model or it to be repaired (if it doesn't affect my warranty)

Cash Crusaders Computer

I bought a computer from bluff cash crusaders. The sticker was all a lie. When we got home we left the computer. As soon as we started using it it was going all funny. My son did a computer properties to see what was going on. When he did it, it wasn't even registering the one 2gb ram. I then instructed him to open up the box and 2 capacitors are blown. I even had to get the computer some thermal paste to put on the heat sink. When I approached them they told me that because I opened up the box my warranty in nul in void. All i wanted was for them to get it fixed or swop it out. Now i have a broken computer and they have my R500. Please can you help me with this problem. My name is Rose. My number is [protected].

Cash Crusaders Return policy

I recently bought a doogee cell phone at cash crusaders doringkloof...the sales lady Ellen told me it is a good product and it would meet my requirements but if I'm not happy I can return it within 7 days...well it didn't meet my requirement it actually underperformed. Day 5 I tried returning the product and I'm told I can only return it if it is faulty which was not explained at the time. And because I signed the invoice I'm bound by the conditions stated there. The attitude also sucks. I'm told I would have to sell it back to them at half the price which even ridiculous.

I would understand if I had bought a second hand good but this was brand new.

I want my money back.

Cash Crusaders Brand new phone warrenty

I bough a brand new phone (doopro c 1) in cape town cash crusader strand street
On the date of 24/04/2018 and after 1 month 2 weeks of working days
The phone freez and emit a sound zzzzz when I put the battery in so on the 9th of june I brought it back to the store and they said they will fix it after 14 days.
I went there yesturday they accusing me of dropping the phone and force me to pay r500 so they can repare. Firstly the phone didn't fall I used to work with phones and I know how it works that's why I was pround to show the guy that the phone was perfectly clean no damage when I took it there.
I can't pay r500 and the brand new phone need to have a warranty at least for 6 months. And the manager of the store end up saying if I can't I just have to forget about the phone and move on really.
I need a solution

Cash Crusaders Cash crusaders northmead mall

Please assist, I was in today to pay the interest on my item. However upyereston arrival I was amazed to find out that the interest owed was the the interest amount on the contract and interest of another amount. which came to double of what was written on the document. i have the receipt and contract, please advise as this raises concern about this franchise which nevee charged me this amount before on previous items. Think there is something fishy going on here.

Cash Crusaders Doogee. X6 smartphone

My phone was purchased april 2017, my battery bubbled. I went to your store to purchase a new battery because I cannot get one at any other retail store. I hav e been to your store for the last 1.5 months and the staff are always telling me that it is comming the next week, I did find out whether I will be able to get accessories for that phone before I could purchase it and I was told that I will. Be able to get I am tired of waiting

I purchased a doogee x6 smartphone during april 2017 before I make the purchase I enquired if acessories for that model is available. I was told that they are available. My battery has bubbled. I have been to your store to purchase a new one at the begining of may. They told me that they will order one for me. I have been to your store every saturday since then and I am being told that it will be comming the next week. I am still waiting for it to come. Please advice me if I will be able to get a battery for my doogee x6 smartphone it is the big battery. Thank you.

Cash Crusaders Pawn iphone 6

I pawned my phone on 4.5.2018. Called cash crusaders on 1.6.2018 to tell them that I was not around pretoria to collect my phone, I was advised to send ewallet to the person identified as a manager. I did not have reception and advised that i'll be coming on the weekend of 15.06.2018 to collect the phone. When I send my brother on the 16.06.2018 to collect my phone he was advised that it was sold. I think its unfair for cash crusader to sell my phone within 3 days after I took my time to advise them of my situation. I need that phone back. My number is [protected]. I don't think this phone was sold to recover the loses I think it was sold to make money for someone in the branch. I need this investigated by cash crusaders.

Cash Crusaders Customer service

I pawned my car radio amplifier and subwoofer @ cash crusaders bellairs
With the buy back option. My expire date was for 13th June 2018
I went to the store on the 13th of June 2018 to get my stuff. The staff and senior buyer told me my stuff is expired. It need to be on the floor they can't do nothing. I request contact number for head office or Manager they said they don't know I must look on the internet

Cash Crusaders My car was broken

Cash crusaders Protea gardens I spotted my car amp ice power that was stolen in my car and when I confronted them they where not cooperating and the assistant lady on the floor was rude until I involved cops and we produced a case number and they gave us the copy of the person who brought the amp but still they gave us a contract that is incomplete what other items did the person bring even the footage they did not want to reveal so disappointed which means cash crusaders Protea gardens thief broke into our houses and they buy stolen goods even if you confront them it's a waste of time where else they did not follow the act of buying second hand goods want the rest of my staff from cash crusaders Protea gardens your assistance will be highly appreciated my contacts [protected] Jabulile

Cash Crusaders Dixon cz1632 television

Bought Dixon Television in April at Vaalmall, on 3 June the image was turned upside down when it was switched on, on 5 we went to Vaalmall to find out how to fix it. They said factory default and we took pictures how to fix it. On 6th we took it in seeing that it doesn't show the menu when you press Input. 3 employees tried fin ding menu with out luck. 1 saw manual input & got it, switched mirror image off. As soon as he switched tv back on, screen is upside down again. With the continues on & off the TV pixcles went. They said they will replace it, but I didn't take my slip only wanted it switched up rite. They refused to look for my slip on computer. All other suppliers does when you buy on your name. On 9th I took slip & suddenly Lucky the manager says it has to go for repairs. When I bought the TV I was told Dixon has wonderful warranty & guaranty, it gets replaced for 1st year if not mistreated. Cash crusaders employees got the pixcles distorted, now I have to be punished. I wrote a mail in the store on the 9 to customer complaints & Hello Peter with no feed back up until now. I told you that I will go to the extreme and find out

If you cant give me the remote

My name is precious from daveyton benoni, I bought xbox 360at canival mall cash crusader store my child doesn't know how to pay it so want exchange to playstation 3or to refund my money back to go and look for playstation 3 to other cash crusader "but" no they refuse to do that, they tell to sell it for r800 so how can I do that because I bought for r 1599.90 and I bought it last month 27 april I take it back on sunday so thy refuse am not happy about the service the give us, and am a consumer to cash crusader, my child is not going to play or enjoy the xbox because of the service that we get at cash crusader

Cash Crusaders Service

On Sunday the 25th of May I went to Cash Crusaders store in Amalinda East London .
They had a camping table marked as R69.90 with no other price tags or bar code on table.

I enquired from a staff member she revered me to Siviwe Basaku. He informed me that it was a error on their side and that I cannot purchase the table for amount advertised.

He called a Mr Zweletu Phelani and he also just apologise for his staff mistake and said that no that they can't sell table to me as it was a error.

All these advertising in stores about customer service and support but this is how I was treated as a customer.

Does this mean that the customer service at Cash Crusaders differs from other companies were the customer pays advertised amount. ?

Cash Crusaders Waiting period for repaired goods

Good day

I trust you are well

I have purchased a PS3 System from Plumstead Cash Crusaders on the 24/03/2018 and whilst playing discovered that there was issues with the console and therefore return it in for repairs on the 20/04/2018. Its past the 14 days waiting period, currently the 19/05/2018 and I have not received the item back as yet. Its unacceptable, and poor customer service being offered by cash crusaders Plumstead Western cape

Cash Crusaders Unethical employee behaviour

There is a scam going on in Cash Crusaders Melville and it appears the manager is a part of it too. I was a victim of the scam, they trick customers into "buying" products and then retain the products and take the proceeds for themselves. When I went to enquire they insisted that I indeed did buy the product and will not get a refund until I return it. I then asked to see the footage of me purchasing the product after which they decided to give me my money back without further questions. It's not about the money for me, it's about the fact that such a reputable company would be involved in such scams. It probably wasn't the first time they pull this off and will not be the last unless action is take to ensure that such does not occur again.

Good evening, I am also experiecing a problem with the same shop appearently it is under new ownership. I bought a laptop on 04 January 2018 and it could not switch on anymore so I took it back on the 17 April 2018 and I was told it will be taken in for repairs and I will get it back within two weeks. It has been a month and I been excuses.

Cash Crusaders Stolen items accepted at a cash crusader branch

My son's 7 month old Yamaha YAS 480 Saxophone (valued at R28 000) was stolen on 18 April 2018 when a robbery took place at a well know Afrikaans public high school for boys situated in Pretoria. The school reported the theft and a case were registered at the Sunnyside SAPS on 19 April 2018 (CAS 598/4/2018).
On 20 April, my wife phoned a total of 25 second-hand shops including Cash Crusader branches in and around Pretoria. Eventually the Cash Crusaders branch in Arcadia admitted that they received a Yamaha YAS 480 saxophone the previous day. The school then send one of their staff members to the branch to verify that it were indeed our son's saxophone. The police were dispatched to the branch but the owner refused to hand over the Sax as we were unable to provide them with a serial number. (Marshall Music in Pretoria were the Sax were bought do not include serial numbers on their invoices).
The Arcadia branch informed us that the person took out a loan of R2890 and left the (R28 000) sax at the shop as security! He apparently told them that his employer gave the Saxophone to him as payment for worked that he performed. Two other Cash Crusaders branches grasped that this story does not add up and refused to accept the item but the Arcadia branch accepted the story…
We contacted the Cash Crusaders Operations Manager (Denis Kloka), and he put us in contact with the owner of the Arcadia branch (Brian Muthwa). After several interactions with the owner he offered that we can buy back our stolen Saxophone for an amount of R2 890 (the amount that they loaned to their "customer").
Despite several discussions with Brian and Denis, Cash Crusaders Arcadia were adamant that we should pay the R2890.
Our son is taking music as a subject at school and urgently needed his instrument back so we had no choice but to follow this option. I am however of the opinion that the Cash Crusader branch should not have accepted this item in the first place considering the doubtful circumstances surround the story of their customer. We therefor request that Cash Crusaders, as a goodwill gesture, pay back this amount to us.

Cash Crusaders Sony tv sold instead of being pawned.

The manager and area manager was there at the store 14th Ave, 2 weeks ago when I found out they had sold my TV that was pawned. The day I pawned my TV I was not given a slip. I informed the white salesman the next day and was informed he will get the manager to do a copy of.my pawned TV and to date that never happened. I was only informed when I went 2 weeks later that my TV had been sold. Once again I am following up. For a week and a half I waited calling twice to follow up on my replacement TV. Again me calling. I even emailed the store and no response. This is certainly not acceptable. Wow is this the service the company offers? Is a sorry seriously all I must accept.

Cash Crusaders 2 x x9pro handsets

Please note after the below 2 mails sent to Cash Crusaders, we have now received another replacement handset for Phone A, but not a single word regarding Phone B. They still feel the customer must pay for the damages the repair centre caused to the handset.

Good day

Further to the below email, to which I have received 0% response, my husband have collected both phones from your store at Sunward Park last week.

Attached are 4 photos showing how your repair centre have damaged phone A - why can your people not do the work without causing damage? Will you now blame the customer again for the damages caused?

I have also attached a report received on the 1 handset that was damaged by your repair centre - phone B. From this you still state that we have caused the damage, despite the shop assistant agreeing with us that the phone was not this badly damaged when it was handed in for repairs. No surprise, the phone is still not working as you refused to repair. After the damage your repair centre caused, I would probably also refuse to repair.

What more does a paying customer have to endure in order to be treated decently and with respect. After all, if it isn't for your customers, would you have been in business still?

Is this the way all of your customers are treated?

I trust you are well.

I write this mail to you as I am very disappointed by your organization's lack of pride in service to your paying customers.

On the 26th of August 2017 we have purchased 2 x Doogee cellphones from your store in Sunward Park - 1st attachment. We have received covers for both phones which was immediately used for these handsets. The same day of the purchase we took these phones to have screen protectors fitted.

At first it seemed like decent phones, but after 4 months, on the 9th of December and on the 29th of December 2017 respectively, we returned both phones due to factory faults.

See below details since the first handset was handed in for repairs:

Phone A:
Appearance of handset: Good condition - handset was clean as it was always in the cover provided
9 December 2017: Phone was handed in for repairs as, even though you could hear the phone locking and unlocking, the screen went blank
29 December 2017: Phone handed back to us, seemed to be working, but started shortly thereafter doing exactly the same thing.
5 January 2018: Due to the phone not working properly, we returned this phone for a 2nd time - blank screen again
February 2018: We were very thankful when we were told that, as this phone was still under warrantee, the handset was replaced with a complete new handset.
17 March 2018: We returned the new handset for repairs as the screen had a line through it. The top part of the screen is grey and freezes up sometimes

Phone B:
Appearance of handset: Good condition, screen had a single crack. The handset was clean as it was always in the cover provided
29 December 2017: Phone was handed in for repairs as the phone would show 100% fully charged, but when you use it, it would switch on and off by itself, stating battery too low for radio use?
11 January 2018: As your repair centre were closed for the holidays, the phone was finally sent in on this day
15 January 2018: We were informed by the store that a quote was sent for the repair of the screen on this phone. This was not the reason the phone was sent in! When we saw the handset that was returned to the store, we were shocked as it looked like it belonged to someone else as the screen was full of cracks and the handset was so dirty. We did not accept the quote as the phone was not this badly damaged when it was sent in to your repair centre. Further damages were caused by the "technicians" who supposedly fixes the phones.

How much more would you be willing to accept when you purchase a product that is clearly faulty? As for the quote we received for repairing a very badly cracked screen, I will be contacting the Consumer Board as your repair centre have been dishonest in expecting us to pay when they were the ones cracking the screen so bad.

Please do note that this complaint is in no way due to the service received from the store, but most definitely due to the poor service from the repair centre.

I would really appreciate you looking into this matter as this is totally unacceptable.
