Business loan
These people stole 25,000 from me! I got a loan for $15,000…payoff was $23,000, okay my fault…but what isn’t my fault is the fact that they went into my bank account and made a “bill pay” for $25,000. Out of my personal account…What? I don’t even use bill pay on my bank account and now my accounts are FROZEN by the back so they can’t touch my money that I do have lefty, these people will take all your weekly earnings and then call and ask if you need more money? What? I had to put a stop payment on them because even after I received a letter stating my loan was paid in full , they were still taking weekly payments out of my account!

Desired outcome: Put my money back!!! Or I’m calling my lawyer and she will get it back for me! The bank is into it too for fraud !!! Hurry and make it right or there’s a pretty jail cel for [censored] like this

Flexibility Capital got info from someone else with my info involved. Flexibility takes my info from this someone without asking and tries to get credit. When this someone submits docs in my name and company name, Flexibility Capital takes the docs and decides they're fake. They report my info to another someone, saying I submitted fake docs. The problem is, I never did business with Flexibility Capital or the company that gave them my info. Flexibility Capital never contacted my company or me to check if the application was legit or if I gave my info to the someone to submit on my behalf. They never checked if the someone was trustworthy with my private info. I called this company and asked them to remove my info from the database they sent it to. I also told them I never applied with them or any someone else.
