Carvana review: 3 times failed

Pre-ordered the car waited over a month and a half to back out needed a bigger car ordered an another one go to pick it up. The belly pan fell off. Had to wait a week for them to fix the belly pan. Go to pick up the car again battery’s dead I have to wait a week to pick up a car to have a battery put in it it’s a normal car. Shop manual and service labor times states 0.2 tenths to replace battery labor operation 10654c1
