I have called several times and my hold time is ridiculous right now I have been holding 25 min two days ago same hold time.
I also e-mailed customer service 2 days ago and still no reply back.
We are having issues with our password in the Mobile App and also the
Website. We need to change the phone number that the verification number text to.
We live out of state, when we return I am discussing with my husband changing to a bank that will be easier to deal with.
Desired outcome: Better customer service and less hold times for sure.
