Carter Bank & Trust

I sat in the drive thru line. I was not greeted or assisted the entire time i was in line.. I sent my card, my driver's license and my deposit slip through the tunnel and it was never even touched. Cars on both sides of me were assisted and moving right along. I was not offered assistance until I pressed the call button and requested my items be returned. My entire 30 minutes lunch break was waiting to get funds from my account. I will be moving my funds else where. They are extremely unprofessional and rude.
