I bought a car from A1 AUTO (12860, King george Hwy Surrey) on 21/06/22 for $20506. The model was *** 200. After a few days, I noticed a gear shifting Jerking problem (Automatic transmission). I asked the dealer sales team if they would provide support if any problem comes up immediately after the sale, and the sales person Robbie told me that they would help if there was a significant problem. However, when I contacted the dealer about the problem after 8-9 days, they delayed any help. I contacted them in person and email, but they said they were not obligated to do anything and I should take the car to the showroom dealership. I was provided with 2 assurances: a clean inspection report and support from the dealer if I communicated the problem within a short time of sale. I don't understand why I should spend $160 at the showroom dealership just for diagnosis of the problem. I politely requested the dealer to resolve the problem, but they started not responding completely. This unprofessional and unethical behavior is not correct.
