Ive been lied to, given the runaround, promised call backs that never came, and not had one single part covered that the warranty i purchased said it would. Trying to get someone on the phone takes a minimum of 30 minutes, and you will not speak to management unless a "request" is submitted and approved...by management! Warranty, parts, labor, rental carair fare because my truck was in the shop...i paid out of pocket to the tune of $10k! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR CARSANDPICKUPS.COM!

Desired outcome: Live up to the the warranty i paid for and cover the parts and rental that it states.
