CARS Protection Plus review: Claim denied

I purchased the warranty along with my vehicle on 7/3/2025. 9 months later, I am experiencing an issue with the engine. The dealership submitted everything they requested (pictures, tear down, a detailed description of the issue and after three weeks of a lot of back and forth, they denied my claim. The reason they denied my claim because they made up a story stated I continued to drive the vehicle after it overheated (the vehicle has been at the dealership since the day I experienced the issue (three weeks). This is a complete lie. Now I am stuck paying for a used engine, the tear down, and the labor for a total of $9400.00 which should have been covered under the warranty. This warranty serves me no purpose, and I want a refund or I want them to proceed with the claim.
