Great work by great specialists at an affordable cost. My husband did weeks of research before taking his 2006 VW to them. After several polite and informative free calls and consultations with Greulichs, he was confident theyd do the best job at the best price. He was right, so Im now taking my car there, too! Professionally run business in every respect. Excellent technicians that have seen everything and know how to get the job done right the first time. Accurate scheduling allows for quick turnaround and superior service. They completed my repair in one day when the dealership allowed my project to wait for 5 days without touching it! Quality people and a quality service provider.

We love Greulichs! They have always taken really great care of us. Theyre not pushy salesmen. They shoot you straight & let you know whats urgent without trying to nickel dime you on upselling things you dont need. Fairly priced & do amazing work. The guys in the office & the mechanics are very down to earth & personable. I recommend them to everyone because I know theyre in good hands.

Come here if you’re anti military! Just got told by the the manager, Rob at the Rittenhouse location, “I usually have no respect for the Air Force, but I‘ll take care of your car. I’m all about Air Force jokes from Army guys, but saying you have no respect for any branch of service is completely disrespectful. We ended up getting our car fixed for free, but I definitely won’t be returning!

I called Greulichs on *** and spoke to the manager ***, he was courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle repair. I received a digital vehicle inspection form with pictures of what needed to be done asap and other recommendations. I was able to get my vehicle repaired the same day, picked it up with easeI will not go anywhere else for car repairs, they have amazing customer service.thanks ***!

was an absolute superstar! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! *** and his team took care of me like no other company I have ever been to. If there is anywhere in the valley it you can bring your car to, bring it to *** at Greulichs! He will treat you with respect, hes such a nice guy! The techs in the shop were outstanding and fixed my car quickly and for a great price! You cant get any better than this! Wow!

Regarding their *** location, I would call it a fundamentally dishonest operation. I had ball joints and control arms replaced in June , and had to go back twice for related repairs.. Once, the control arms had to be replaced. About a week later , an oil mechanic noticed the front ball joint boot was completely missing. While they do try to be helpful, they are my idea of a disreputable business because things should be done right the first time.

This place is awesome. I called to get a quote, and because it was an extensive job they wanted to actually inspect it before throwing numbers out which I respect.I took it in and they actually took me to show me the issue instead of just telling me I had xyz problems. They gave me a quote which was much less than the dealership gave me, and they got it done quicker than they expected. They diagnosed another problem and instead of saying let's just replace all this expensive stuff, they said let's try the cheap option first.Very professional and friendly. These guys are great

Very thankful for this Gruelichs. These men are certifiably legit. Their work is efficient; their customer service is unmatched in the Valley (and Ive lived all over the valley). *** and *** are amazing. They take care of their customers. My *** Abarth just hit 100K miles so Ive seen them 5 separate times in a 4 month period to get major hardware replacednot one bad experience. All positive things to say. More than 50 years experience between the men working the front desk. You can trust them with clankers and luxury cars. They are worth every ***; and they are not greedy. The best combo for a mechanic shop.

Called Gruelichin Cve Creek for a simple oil change on a 2010 *** Scheduled in at 12:00 with the clerk teling me the oil change is $30 for semi-synthetic oil. When I arrived there were 3 employees at the front desk arguing about how to use their computer to complete a check-in customer. (I'll refer to them as the 3 stooges) One of the 3 stooges asked if he could help. I said i had an appt for 12:00 for a $30 dollar semi-synthtic oil change. The clerk spent 8 minutes checking me in and trying to id who I was. Then he said the oil change is $55 as only full synthetic can be put into my vehicle. (Liar). I immediately knew this business had no knowledge of how to book an appt or what oil can be changed in my vehicle. Don't all these people if you want professional care for your vehicle. I won't allow the 3 stooges to work on my car and I left.

I took my truck to the *** location and had no issue, all was good. The next day I took my wife's vehicle to get an oil change, again all seemed good until I went out the next morning to oil leaks. I took it back to have it checked and was told by the manager that the filter and the drain plug where good and it was probably the valve gaskets at $750 plus.I declined service and went home and the next morning got under the car and saw the leak was at the drain plug.Took the vehicle to *** and they confirmed was the plug and replaced it for free. Called Greulich and was told the tech who did the oil change and the 2nd inspection was no longer working there and the blame was placed on him. I then said if he was responsible, why did the manager on shift come out with photos of the oil coming from my valve covers and tell me they needed to be fixed at the above price...no good answer. Inexcusable, will never go there again and will steer anyone who needs repairs to stay away.

I am disappointed in Greulich's Auto Repair. They tried to unnecessarily charge for services to jack up my costs. I'm an out of state female visitor to Scottsdale and went there for a check on my alignment on my pickup truck. They told me several things were worn out on my front end and at least my tie rod ends would have to be replaced before it would hold an alignment. I found that hard to believe because it drove perfectly straight and is a 2016 with 60,000 highway miles. I called Chevy and found out they were doubling the cost of a part they said I needed and was told to get it checked somewhere else because that didn't sound right. I was referred to go to Network Alignment and Brakes and they did a free inspection and stated my truck was already perfectly aligned and nothing was worn out. I appreciate Network for being an honest business treating customers fairly. The only good thing I can say about Greulich's is when they blew one of my tires backing my truck off their rack they owned up to it and paid to replace it.

Great service always taken care of they always know what they are doing and they get it fixed for me. Because of them my car is always in tip top shape and I trust what they tell me and what they are doing on my car. Its hard to find a shop outside a dealer and dealers arent always honest that you can trust but this is differently the place to go. I have have great service advisers knowlegable and know what they are doing and talking about. They don't force unnecessary repairs if not needed and that's hard to find and honesty from repair shops. I always deal with *** and *** they always take care of me and my needs. And I always feel good leaving there and not feel like I was taken for a ride and paid out or had things fixed that weren't needed to be done. Thank you for all you guys do and all the mechanics and other service advisors there too. You do a great job and are very honest, friendly and they make you feel like family and like a small town they know you and treat kindly and with respect. Thanks so much !

I'm traveling through and needed some service, did a web search and found Gruelich's. I called to inquire the soonest I could get an appointment and was told anytime. I set an appointment for the next day. While on the phone, *** was engaging and relational, a quality I rarely encounter in the service industry these days.Upon arrival at the shop I was greeted by name, by *** and welcomed in. After completing the intake it was mere moments and my vehicle was in the shop being looked at. A few minutes later he reported back they had already fixed one small issue and he would let me know soon what else was found.While in the waiting area both *** and *** were engaging. I was able to observe their interactions with customers both in person and on the phone and found them to be professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When the issue was identified with my vehicle *** took the time to explain it to me in a very clear and understandable manner. I was so satisfied with the service I received and was sure to communicate to them both that I too worked in the automotive industry and truly respected how they served their community. I conveyed my experience to my family and encouraged them to turn to Greulich's for their automotive needs.Thanks guys!

I keep gettin' mail from this company even though I've called 'em multiple times. They need to take me off their mailin' list and quit botherin' me. I attached scans of their latest mailer.

Please check the Word doc for deets on the super bad and rude service I got from Gruelich's. It stressed me out big time for 4 weeks. I was gonna yank out the engine 'cause of Greulichs' diagnosis, but ended up redoing their work. When the boss man called, he didn't give a hoot and only offered me 600 bucks. He acted like Greulichs didn't have to take any blame 'cause the engine wasn't from them. But I told him EVERYTHING was 'cause of the tech's work, not the engine. I've been a loyal Greulichs customer for a while and I was so mad at how they treated me. They acted like they had no responsibility and blamed me for their mistakes. I spent a ton of dough at Greulichs, but when I questioned their work, they ditched me as a customer. They even told me good luck with the ComplaintsBoard.com claim and hung up.

My name is ***. I called Greuhlics on 5/13/201 to set up an appointment for an alignment check. I told them that my 1999 F150 was pulling to the right and I wanted to take advantage of their free alignment check. The invoice number is RO#*** for estimate #***, which came out to be $2048.71. I gave them the go-ahead to fix the alignment and the pulling issue. I picked up my truck, but unfortunately, there was no improvement - it still pulled hard to the right. Since I had to work, I sent a text and an email through their chain, but I didn't receive any response. On Thursday, 5/20, I took my truck back and informed them that the problem was not fixed. The person at the desk came out and mentioned that the issue with the alignment was due to a mismatched tire that needed to be replaced. I asked if the tire had been road tested and why there was no mention of it needing replacement in the inspection report, estimate, or invoice. He said he didn't know, but it was impossible to align the vehicle with a mismatched tire. That should have been the first thing they told me, as it might have resolved the problem. Maybe it wouldn't have, but I wouldn't have known unless it was tried. *** at the store offered me $1000 worth of free work, but VP John said it wasn't authorized. This seems fraudulent.

I went to Greulich's Automotive Repair on 09/29 for an initial inspection that cost me $148.90. I had some vibrations in my car, so I specifically mentioned that to them. They said the bushings of the lower control arms were broken, but they didn't find any issues with my motor mounts. I got the lower control arms replaced, but the vibrations continued. I went back to Greulich's and asked them to check it again, but they didn't find any problems. I then went to a reputable dealership and paid $150 for an inspection. They correctly diagnosed that the motor mounts were broken and replaced them, costing me $869.33. They also did an alignment for $89.47 on 11/20 at Greulich's. However, I noticed that my steering felt different, so I took the car back to the dealership and paid $182.82 for another inspection. The dealership told me that Greulich's didn't properly tighten the tie rod bolts after the alignment, and I would need another alignment. I want a full refund for the damages caused by their negligence and the services they didn't provide.

I had a 2013 Chevrolet Captiva with *** miles. It started makin' a rattlin' noise when I'd start it, but it'd go away once the car warmed up. I was worried it might be the timin' chain. So, I took it to Gruelich's Automotive Repair in Ahwatukee on July 5th and explained the problem to 'em. The guy there suggested that if I did a $50 oil change, they'd diagnose the problem. A few hours later, he called me and said they went through the car and found that everythin' checked out, but they strongly recommended doin' a 100K mile preventative maintenance on the car for $800. That meant replacin' all the hoses, spark plugs, and doin' a fuel system service. They kept the car overnight, and I picked it up the next day. I drove the car a few miles to my home. A few days later, I started the car, heard the rattle again, and drove to a park less than a mile away. An hour later, when I went to leave, the car wouldn't start. I had it towed back to Gruelichs. The guy texted me to tell me the motor was blown.

I went to Greulich's automotive repair cuz one of my lights came on. When I got there, the light was off. I know car work is hard work and I got them cookies and a nice gesture. I think Dean was nice. His older, heavier colleague, not so much. I've done this for years at different car shops. I told them I saw an ad for a free diagnostic. The older guy said it'll cost $115 ($128.74 with tax) or if I come back tomorrow, he can take $50 off the $250 for the sensor, but only if I come back tomorrow. Plus, the back brakes are low and it'll cost almost $600 to replace them, with brake and steering fluids changes. I told them they were recently done. So he said it'll be close to $500 plus the $250 for the sensor read. I asked if it's gonna cost me around $128.74 after taxes for the "free engine light code read," when the light wasn't even on anymore that day, could I at least use the $15 off coupon for $100. The other guy, not Dean, was thinking about it, but his colleague said no, and that I'm asking for too many discounts... I was only using the coupons they offered and they both said no and I was charged for the free diagnostic code read. Being a single income home with an almost 10-year-old car and 2 special needs kids, we take good care of our car. It was really unpleasant, I felt like a paycheck, not a customer. In tough times, human kindness can really go far and make a forever customer. I just wish they honored the coupons they offered, nothing more. Hardworking people deserve cookies, but I felt like they were taking advantage of me too... all the way to the little crumbs. I wanted to cry.
