Friday January 21st 6:45 PM I was with my wife and another couple at the Palm harbor, Fl location. We have dined many times at this location.
I ordered the chicken Marsala and the chicken was overcooked. I gave a piece to my wife and she agreed it was dry. The waitress came over and she says she could see it was overcooked. She took the plate away and the kitchen manager came out and asked if I wanted another chicken marsala and I said No because I did not want to take a chance of the meal being dry again. The kitchen manager said because the veal marsala is sauted and not on the grill, it would be more tender so instead I ordered the Veal Marsala. While I waited for my food, my wife and the another couple finished their dinner. They got the dessert menu when my food came out but decided not to order dessert. We paid our bill and left. At no point during my wait or after did any staff offer a free drink or even a free dessert.
Its not that we expected anything for free but because nothing was offered, we did not feel validated. A nice gesture goes a long way.
Needless to say we will not be back anytime soon if not at all.
Desired outcome: To be noted because if this happenss to others you will lose business

My wife and I dined in at carrabba's in palm harbor this past weekend and our food tasted horrible and was really chewy. We eat at your restaurant all the time and this experience was a real disappointment. I did not want to complain, but we spend alot of money at your restaurant and would like your company to make this right. We want to keep going, but it is hard paying for a bad meal. Thank you Pete
