So I called the billing office and talked to Kim who told me to call another number. I called that number and they told me to call another number. I called that number and got Kim again who wasn't helpful and didn't listen to me. I asked for her boss but she put me on hold and transferred me to a supply ordering number. I called another number and they told me to call the first number again. I got Kim again and asked for her boss but she said they weren't there and would call me back but they haven't yet. All I wanna do is pay my bill online but they need to fix their website and call me back if they want my money.

I got a mask fitting with *** in the *** and got a medium mask. It worked great at first, but then it started to leak. I ordered a new mask, but they sent me a small one instead of a medium. I called and they said *** helped me, but she didn't update my records. They sent me another small mask and now I can't use my *** machine. This company is not good and I think they're the only one around. I asked for a manager to call me back and told my sleep doctor and primary care physician about the problems.
