Cargill's Food City review: Unethical behaviour

This is a comlaint regarding Cargills Foodcity Maligawatte Express (Pradeepa Rd) as I had ordered around 20 items from that particular outlet and what I received was half of the required quantity. Those were very basic essentials but the cost of those Items ranged around Rs. 3000. The most important point I want to convey is that they did not want us to check the items before making the payment. And there was no politeness in speaking towards a customer.
