Careem Networkscancellation charges

We have encountered inaccurate waiting time information the past two days. First one, immediately was cancelled. Second one, after seeing that travel time of the captain kept increasing. Obviously, he will not reach the arrival time.

I have complaint to refund the costs, but aside from taking more than 24 hrs to respond, they had rather attest to their system error.

Another thing, they were supposed to credit to my account another cancellation, abd I have kept following up -- still nothing is done.

This is their modus, and will keep your hooked in the attempt to consume back the credit the have mistakenly charged you.
