Cardpool review: cardpool, inc. trade/sell an overstock.com gift for an Amazon gift card

I exchanged a Overstock.com gift card ($250.00) for a Amazon gift card. Transaction #[protected], on Oct.20, 2019. Since then, I have reached out to them 3 times and have not heard from them since. Have to admit, I am extremely concerned. Don't' know who is running this circus, but I want my Amazon gift card or the transaction cancelled, I want to hear from Cardpool immediately and so this can be resolved. I was told to use Cardpool, because it was a good company. I really regret using Cardpool and will not recommend it at all to anyone.
