CarCovers Outstanding Protection: A CarCovers.com Review

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car cover from carcovers.com and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. As a proud owner of a classic Rolls Royce, I knew that I needed a cover that would not only fit perfectly but would also protect my vehicle from adverse weather conditions. Upon receiving my purchase on October 6th, 2019, I quickly realized that this cover was the real deal.

First and foremost, the fit was fantastic. I was especially impressed with the cable and lock system that came along with the purchase, as well as the addition of a gust strap. After covering my car and securely fastening it with cables and straps, the cover looked like it was tailor-made for my vehicle. I was hopeful that the cover would perform well in protecting my car from rain and snow, and I didn't have to wait very long to find out.

On the 8th of October, I took some photos of my car in a park, surrounded by beautiful fall colors. While the cover looked great, the real test would come the following day and the day after that. A powerful winter storm swept in, pummelling my area with winds up to 90 kilometers per hour, and dumping over 30 centimeters of snow. I was worried about whether the cover would hold up against such a challenge, but I am happy to report that it did!

The gust straps were truly a life-saver in this situation, preventing the cover from flying off the car despite the strong winds. When I finally was able to check on the car after four days of snow and wind, I was delighted to find that there was no water or snow that had penetrated the cover. My vehicle was completely dry, with only a slight bit of condensation at the back of the trunk lid.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase from carcovers.com. The cover withstood one of the most intense storms I have ever experienced, protecting my car exactly as it was meant to. I could not be happier with my decision to buy from this company and would recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality car cover. Thank you carcovers.com for an exceptional product!

CarCovers Avoid CarCovers.com: Terrible experience getting a car cover refunded. Customer service was poor, response time was lengthy, insults added

The customer had a terrible experience dealing with online retailer CarCovers.com and has shared their experience in detail. The customer had purchased a car cover from the website but was dissatisfied as the product didn't fit their requirements. When they reached out to the customer service, the response time was poor, and they received apologies that blamed the holiday shopping season. The website offered them three options - to keep the product they had already received and refund the difference, return the product to get what they initially ordered, or a full refund. The customer chose the last option, as they didn't want to settle for an inferior product. The website did not provide return authorization immediately, and the customer had to complain several times. However, CarCovers.com did eventually process the refund, which the customer received in a week's time.

Lastly, what added insult to injury was the email the customer received after the refund was processed. The message said, "We are sorry it did not work out. If in the future you need a cover that is not custom fit, please contact us back." The customer found this statement rather audacious, given that they had had such a terrible experience with the product and company.

In conclusion, it seems as though CarCovers.com is not the best option for car cover purchases. The customer's experience was overwhelming, and they have told us to "look elsewhere." So, if you happen to have a late model Mustang and need a car cover, it seems safe to assume that you should avoid Carcovers.com.

CarCovers Disappointing Experience with CarCovers: Delayed Delivery & Missing Items

When I was in the market for a new car cover, I came across CarCovers (carcovers.com) and decided to give them a try based on the large number of good reviews I found. However, upon digging deeper, I did notice that a lot of customers had only reviewed the website and ordering process, without actually receiving their covers yet. Despite this cause for concern, I went ahead and placed my order on July 30th.

The website had promised same-day shipping and delivery within three days, and also included a number of free items such as a storage bag, security cable and lock, and an antenna patch. While my cover did arrive on August 7th, it took much longer than the promised three days. Upon opening the package, I found the cover and storage bag, but no security cable and lock or antenna patch.

I reached out to customer service via email on August 8th to inquire about the missing items. To their credit, I did receive a response in about 30 minutes, with an apology and an offer of 20% off my next order (even though I had not yet received everything I was promised). I replied that I really wanted the items that were supposed to come with my original order, and asked them to look into it.

After a few more emails back and forth, with me pushing them to check with their supplier, I finally received word that the cable, lock, and antenna patch had been mailed via USPS on August 10th. However, when I checked the tracking number provided, I found that only a shipping label had been created on August 9th, and USPS had not yet received the item.

More frustratingly, when I checked the tracking number on the 14th and 15th, I received the same message. By August 17th, I had had enough, and ended up purchasing the cable and lock from an Ebay seller based in California. While I did finally receive the cable and lock promised by CarCovers, it was too late for the antenna patch.

Despite the nice quality of the cover itself, my experience with CarCovers was less than ideal. The delay in delivery, missing items, and inaccurate information provided by the company were all unnecessary and frustrating. In the end, I was left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would order from them again. While I did give them a rating of two stars for the quality of the cover itself, I cannot recommend CarCovers based on my experience with them.

CarCovers CarCovers Review: Disappointed with Outdoor Cover & Frustrated with Customer Service

I recently had an experience with CarCovers that left me feeling quite frustrated. After spending $200 on an outdoor cover for my car, I was disappointed to find that it did not include wind protection, despite the fact that I live in a particularly windy area. I was hoping that the cover would come equipped with the wind straps sold separately on the website. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and despite my best efforts to anchor the cover with the cable and lock, it still blew off in the wind.

Upon researching online for a solution, I encountered several pop-ups that tried to sell me various products including towels and even more covers. Feeling quite annoyed with the numerous sales pitches, I clicked through them and didn't see the option to purchase the wind straps. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to customer service for assistance.

After being put on hold for over 25 minutes, I was prompted to leave a message. Unsatisfied, I went onto their website to chat with a representative. The representative suggested I call customer service, which I had already done. I explained this to her and was told to send an email. After sending an email on August 26, 2020, it took several weeks for me to receive a call back. When I finally did get a response, the representative (whose name was Rachel) was defensive and insisted that it was my fault for not purchasing the wind clamps.

She even went as far as to suggest that the cover had been stolen due to my negligence in using the cable and lock to secure it. I explained that I had not used the cable because I was planning on driving the car within the next day or two. Even after I explained this to her, she continued talking and interrupting me. Feeling frustrated, I cursed and she released the call.

While I can admit that it was my mistake for not purchasing wind clamps, I was appalled by the customer service I received. Rachel was argumentative and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I hope that CarCovers will address these issues within their customer service department so that other customers do not have to suffer through similar experiences.

CarCovers Disappointing Return Experience with CarCovers' Ultimate Shield Cover: A Review

I recently purchased an 'Ultimate Shield' car cover from CarCovers for my Ford F150, intending to use it only on days when hail was forecast and when parking my truck outdoors at work. The cover arrived promptly, but it took me a while to take it out of the box. Once I did, I noticed that the cover was quite difficult to unfold, and there seemed to be no discernible front or back. After struggling with it for several minutes, I concluded that it would be too much of a hassle to use regularly and decided to return it.

The return process itself was straightforward; CarCovers approved my return and sent me a shipping label. However, I was surprised to find that my refund was less than the purchase price. When I reached out to the customer service team, they claimed that they had deducted the original shipping cost (which had been free) and a 15% restocking fee because they found the cover to be dirty. I was shocked by these additional charges and pointed out that there was no mention of them in their return policy or during the return process.

Furthermore, I argued that the cover could not have been considered dirty since it had barely been unfolded for more than 20 minutes and only laid out once on my painted driveway. I even attached a photo of where I had folded the cover to show how clean my driveway was. Despite my protestations, CarCovers refused to refund the full purchase price, leaving me feeling cheated and unhappy with my experience.

In short, while CarCovers seems to offer a decent selection of car covers and a reasonably simple return process, the unexpected fees and lack of clarity around their return policy left me feeling unsure about whether I would shop with them again. Ultimately, I would not recommend CarCovers to anyone looking to purchase a car cover given my experience.

CarCovers CarCovers Review: Pricing Issues, Poor Quality and Lack of Responsiveness to Customer Concerns

I recently ordered a Deluxe Shield Car Cover from CarCovers for one of my cars and was overall happy with the purchase. However, I did have some pricing issues which resulted in several calls to customer service before they honored the discounted price listed on the website. Nonetheless, the cover arrived shortly after and seems to be of high quality.

Encouraged by my previous positive experience, I decided to order another Deluxe cover for another one of my cars. Unfortunately, I once again encountered the same pricing issues. Despite chatting with customer service and being told someone would contact me, I received no response to my emails and had to call again to speak with a helpful representative who ultimately assured me that all prices on their site are to be honored.

To my surprise, the second cover I received was completely different from the first. The cover was very lightweight and shiny, with poorly sewn seams that leaked easily. Fitment was also poor as the cover did not fully cover the door panels. When I called customer service to express my concerns, they tried to downplay the issue and claimed that the cover was an upgraded version of the Deluxe cover I had purchased previously.

Despite their claims, the cover I received was clearly not as advertised on their website. I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement from the customer service representative and left feeling like they did not value me as a customer or care about the quality of their products.

Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience with CarCovers and do not recommend them due to issues with pricing, poor quality products, and lack of responsiveness to customer concerns. In the photos I have attached, you can clearly see the stark difference between the two covers. The darker cover is the one I purchased previously and is excellent in every way, while the bright silver cover is the "new/improved" version that falls far short of expectations.

CarCovers CarCovers.com's Platinum Shield Floor Mats: Disappointing Product and Misleading Marketing

When searching for all-weather car mats for my husband's new Jaguar, I landed on CarCovers.com and their Platinum Shield Floor Mats. Despite the higher cost compared to other quilted floor mats on the market, I assumed that the higher price tag equated to higher quality. I placed my order on December 16th expecting to receive the product in time for Christmas, as the website advertised shipping within 2 days of ordering. However, once I received the confirmation email, I was disappointed to learn that my order was considered a "custom order" and would take up to 20 days to ship. On top of that, if I wanted to cancel, I only had a 24-hour window to do so because of the custom nature of the order.

I still decided to take a chance and wait for the mats to arrive. But when they did, I was extremely disappointed. The product came in a beat-up box straight from China and had no install instructions or any indication that it came from CarCovers.com. This was frustrating, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I soon realized that I could have gotten the same product from Customein.com for $110 less than what I paid. I felt like a complete sucker. It seems like CarCovers.com is just selling someone else's product while marking up the price.

This experience left me with no confidence in CarCovers.com. Even though I've ordered car covers from them in the past and liked the products, this experience has turned me away from the company entirely. It's frustrating to see a company expand into other areas just to make a quick buck without actually considering the customer experience. If I could do it all over again, I would have ordered from Custoarmor.com, which has a similar quilted floor mat for around the same price.

CarCovers CarCovers Review: Poor Quality, Slow Customer Service, and Cherry-picked Reviews

If you're in the market for a car or motorcycle cover, you might want to think twice about buying from CarCovers. While their website promises fast shipping and quality products, my experience was less than satisfactory. First, the Platinum motorcycle cover I ordered for my 2019 Ducati Panigale 959 Corse didn't fit properly and was missing heat shields. Despite contacting customer service and sending pictures, it took two weeks for them to get back to me. And even then, they asked me to measure my bike for them!

When I asked for a correct cover or a full refund, they were slow to respond and only offered me a 10 percent refund (which makes sense considering how cheaply these covers are made in China). To make matters worse, their website's perpetual 50 percent off "deal" is actually the real retail price - they just want to create a sense of urgency for buyers. And when I called to complain, the representative told me they had sent me a cheaper cover instead of the one I paid for.

But perhaps most fraudulent of all is the way they cherry-pick reviews. They send a survey asking for feedback before you even receive your cover, and in exchange, they offer a $10 discount. Then they post these surveys as "reviews" on their website, so you can't leave an honest review unless they approve it. All in all, CarCovers is a scam, and they don't stand behind their products or their customers. Don't waste your money.

CarCovers Buyer Beware: My Experience Returning a Car Cover to CarCovers.com

If you're thinking about purchasing a car cover from CarCovers.com, it might be wise to read this review first. I purchased a car cover as a gift for my husband from CarCovers.com in May of 2019. Unfortunately, my husband decided he did not want it, so we attempted to return it. This is where things became difficult.

When my husband contacted CarCovers.com to initiate the return process, he was met with long wait times. Eventually, he was able to get the information he needed to send the cover back. The company sent us an email detailing discounts we could receive if we kept the cover, but when it came time to return it, we were charged $14.78 for return shipping. We returned the cover right away and waited to receive our refund.

It took 2.5 weeks for us to receive a refund, but when we did, we realized we had been charged twice as much as what the email stated. We attempted to contact CarCovers.com multiple times, but were met with long hold times and no resolution. We eventually contacted PayPal to try and resolve the issue, but they did not credit us.

After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I finally got through to someone at CarCovers.com at 7:50 in the morning. I read them the email they had sent, which was not clear about the return shipping cost. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it because they had not received any further notice from PayPal that the complaint was made. They argued that the email stated that the cost was $14.78 there and back, so a total of $29.56.

I ended up having to go to my credit card company to have this dispute resolved, which was a frustrating process. While I understand that CarCovers.com has a return policy and charges for return shipping, it would have been helpful if their policy was clearer and not misleading. Overall, I would suggest being wary of purchasing a car cover from CarCovers.com unless you are absolutely certain that you want it.

CarCovers CarCovers' Lifetime Warranty is a Scam - Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

As a car owner for many years and various car types, I always try to garage my cars as a first choice. However, when I acquired a daily driver that had to sit out on the driveway in the Texas sun, I decided to purchase a car cover from CarCovers (carcovers.com), specifically the best cover for my 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback, 5 later premium cover. At first, I was quite happy with the cover, but the following year, when the weather warmed up, I noticed a lot of white dust when folding up and removing the cover. Apparently, the cover was deteriorating and disintegrating in less than a year, even though it was supposed to last for five years. One day, while adjusting the cover, it tore, not because I pulled on it hard, but because I was just trying to make it fit properly. When I tried to get a replacement, I was told that I had to pay $30 for shipping, even though I had already paid for the cover itself, which was a terrible customer service experience.

Moreover, when I finally got around to ordering a replacement cover, I was informed that it was out of stock, even though I could order a new cover without any problem. I tried to contact CarCovers several times, both by email and phone, but got no satisfactory response or explanation. As a result, I ended up waiting for a whole month without a cover while my car was sitting out in the hot sun. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed by the whole experience, especially since I had ordered a cover with a supposed lifetime warranty.

When I complained about the cover and tried to get a replacement, the customer service representative kept emphasizing the $30 shipping fee, which I felt was unfair, considering the poor quality of their product and service. Although their website promises a lifetime warranty and claims to be the best in the industry, my experience says otherwise. I cannot recommend CarCovers based on my experience, and I urge other car owners to be wary of their claims and promises. It is not worth the aggravation and inconvenience to deal with a company that has such poor customer service and quality control.

CarCovers Disappointing Experience with CarCovers: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with CarCovers. I was really excited to get some covers for my PWCs, so I went ahead and ordered three from their website. I made sure to specify the exact models I have, since I have two different ones, but when the covers arrived, I was pretty bummed to see that they had sent me three of the same covers.

Now, I'm not one to complain too much, so I figured I'd just make it work. But when I took my PWCs out for a spin and had to trailer them, the covers were flapping all around like crazy. They came loose, the zippers opened up, and one of them even developed a rip. Not cool, CarCovers.

So I reached out to their customer service team to see if I could get a refund or exchange, but they told me that since it had been 34 days since I placed my order (not even since I received the covers), I was past the 30 day warranty and they couldn't do anything for me. I was pretty frustrated, especially since their products are clearly not as advertised and are of poor quality.

I did some digging and found out that their return policy only allows for returns within 30 days of delivery, which seems pretty short to me. I mean, what if you don't use the product right away or you don't realize there's an issue until later on? Seems like a bit of a scam to me.

Anyway, I submitted a return request on April 18th, but of course, they couldn't do anything for me. They did offer me a 10% discount refund for the covers, which I guess is better than nothing, but it's still pretty frustrating. And for the cover that ripped, they said they'd forward the information to their Warranty Department, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Overall, I'd say buyer beware when it comes to CarCovers. Their products are not as advertised and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

CarCovers CarCovers Platinum Shield Cover Review: Effective Protection with Great Customer Service

As someone who owns a large Tundra truck that sits outdoors all year round, I was on a mission to find a high-quality cover that would protect it from the elements. After conducting some research online, I came across CarCovers, a website that specialized in car covers. I decided to purchase the platinum shield cover in 2019 and it worked wonders for my truck. However, after some time, I noticed that the top material had started to show some minor cracks.

I immediately reached out to their customer service team and was pleased to hear that they were willing to take care of the matter for me. However, they did state that I would have to pay a prorated fee and the shipping and handling costs to receive a replacement (which amounted to around $60). They also recommended that I try custom cover craft covers as an alternative, but I decided to stick with the Platinum Shield cover since it had worked well for me in the past. I even thought about salvaging the old cover with some patch kits that I purchased separately.

Eventually, I received a new replacement cover from CarCovers along with a patch kit. I decided to do an experiment to test how long the cover would last, even after being patched up. I doubled up on the covers by placing the new one underneath the patched cover. The new cover remained in perfect condition while the older one slowly deteriorated after 2.5 years of constant exposure.

Despite the fact that the older cover eventually gave out, the replacement has been working fine thus far. The heat-resistant material has kept the cab of my truck cooler, even more so than a grey evolution cover. I was also impressed with the level of service that I received from their customer service team. While it is disappointing that the cover did not last as long as I would have liked, I would still recommend CarCovers to anyone looking for a high-quality car cover option.

CarCovers CarCovers.com Ultimate Shield Car Cover: A Disappointing Quality Experience

As a car enthusiast, the protection of my beloved vehicle is of utmost importance to me. That is why I was thrilled to discover CarCovers.com and their Ultimate Shield Car Cover with a 10-year warranty. The product promised complete protection against all elements, including rain, snow, wind, UV/Sun rays and more. I ordered it immediately, eager to get started on protecting my car.

Upon receipt, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the cover was, and it fit my vehicle perfectly. For the first eight months, the product performed well, as advertised, considering my car is parked outside and is exposed to all kinds of weather. Unfortunately, after the eighth month, I began to notice cracks on the cover. By the tenth month, the top layer started to disintegrate, and the inner fleece liner began shedding its fibers, which caused a lot of mess around my car.

I contacted CarCovers.com to claim my warranty, and while they did replace the cover, I had to pay a prorated fee of $15.99 for the year I had used it, even though it was not a full year, and pay $17.53 in shipping. I was disappointed to learn that if I have to claim the warranty every year, I would end up paying double the original cost of the cover in the ten years it is supposed to last.

Moreover, the company requires that after the third claim, customers ship the cover to them for inspection, which can be a hassle. In my honest opinion, the product may not be worth the price paid, considering that essentially, you only get less than one-year use out of it when it should last 10 years, as per the warranty. I am hesitant to recommend this company to anyone and regret having to experience their product's disappointing quality.

I attempted uploading a photo of the car cover, but unfortunately, I kept receiving an error message. I apologize that I cannot display the product's picture, but I hope that my review has given readers valuable feedback when considering their purchasing decisions.

As someone who has explored their product offerings, I find it interesting that the number of negative reviews is low, perhaps indicating that unhappy customers tend to keep silent instead of airing their grievances.

Having said that, I feel compelled to share my experience with CarCovers.com, particularly with their motorhome covers. As someone who lives in Colorado Mountains, I have to deal with harsh sunlight and UV rays that tend to deteriorate my motorhome covers within a season.
Last fall, I decided to be proactive and invested in a cover from CarCovers.com with an Unlimited Lifetime Warranty, which, though expensive, promised the highest rating for protection against UV/sun damage.

To my dismay, the cover, which I was hoping to use forever, only lasted one season, with the side facing the south deteriorating rapidly. Feeling let down, I emailed CarCovers.com, requesting a replacement cover per the warranty. However, their response left me feeling more disappointed. They agreed to replace the cover, but at a shipping cost of $95, which seemed unreasonable, considering I could purchase another cheap cover that would last as long as their supposedly better Gold Shield L5 cover.
I even pointed out that I could buy a tarp for less, and it would last longer than any cover I had bought from CarCovers.com.

Upon researching further, I realized that CarCovers.com's so-called Unlimited Lifetime Warranty was only one-time, not unlimited, as advertised. This revelation added to my growing frustration. To make matters worse, CarCovers.com did not respond to my feedback, indicating that they do not care about unhappy customers.

Overall, CarCovers.com's business model seems unfair to customers who expect value for their money. This experience has left me convinced that their covers are not worth the high price, and I would not recommend them to anyone. As for me, I have moved on to other companies, and CarCovers.com should not expect to hear from me again.

CarCovers Misleading Website, Poor Customer Service: Our Experience with CarCovers

Shopping for a car cover can be a hassle, but our experience with CarCovers left us frustrated and disappointed. We ordered a cover for our new CanAm 2 up ATV on 4/30/20, along with two additional items. Unfortunately, the extra items did not arrive until after we made a phone inquiry. But our biggest issue was with the car cover itself. When it finally arrived, it did not fit our vehicle and did not match the cover that was described in the video on their website. We found it lacking in several key features that we had specifically chosen the product for, such as wind vents and covers for the gas tank and tool box.

Our attempts to contact customer service were met with frustration. We called on 5/16 and were directed to a voicemail, promising a response within 24 to 48 hours. When we didn't hear back, we sent an email on the same day. The response we received likewise promised a reply within 24 to 48 hours, but we again received no response. We then received an email on 5/19 requesting feedback, which we provided along with our concerns about the product, but again we received no response. On 5/21 we managed to speak with a live person and finally received a return authorization, but this process took far too long. The cover and tie down straps were returned on 5/29/20, but we received no notification that they had been received until we made a call on 6/10. Even then, we were told that someone would get back to us within 24 to 48 hours, but we never heard another word after that.

On June 15th, our credit card was credited for the amount of the cover, but not for the tie down straps that were returned. We feel frustrated by the entire experience and have no interest in purchasing from CarCovers again. The video on their website was misleading and we feel let down by their customer service. If you ever need warranty assistance, we suggest looking elsewhere.

CarCovers My Frustrating Experience with CarCovers: Issues with Delivery & Customer Service

My experience with CarCovers has unfortunately been a frustrating one. I had placed an order that was never received, and despite sending multiple emails, I did not receive any responses. When I called their customer service on September 11th, 2020, I was informed that the order was delivered and was given a tracking number to help me track it down. I followed the instructions, but the package could not be found, and I was advised to call back on Monday.

On August 14th, 2020, I called again, but this time I spoke to a manager who was extremely unhelpful. He insisted that I send an email instead, spoke over me, and hung up on me without providing any assistance whatsoever. I was left feeling frustrated and helpless.

I eventually tracked down the package myself, only to discover that it had been delivered to the wrong address due to an error by the shipping department. This mistake was compounded by the fact that I never received any email notifications or updates about my package, even after I had repeatedly requested them.

While their service might be satisfactory if everything goes smoothly, it is clear that CarCovers has significant issues with customer service and delivery. Unfortunately, I have been forced to file a dispute with my credit card company since I have been unable to resolve the matter with the company directly.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with CarCovers to exercise caution and be prepared for potential issues with delivery and customer service.

CarCovers Disappointing Quality and Fit: Weatherproof Shield UTV Cover for 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Le

I recently purchased the "Weatherproof Shield UTV Cover For 2018 Honda Pioneer 1000 5 Le" from CarCovers (carcovers.com) for my Honda Pioneer 1000-5, opting for the mid-grade option on sale for $149. With nine 5-star reviews under the product description, I was feeling confident in my purchase. However, I was disappointed to learn that I was unable to place a review on their website regarding the product I had bought.

When the cover arrived, it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Upon opening the packaging, I was surprised at how thin the cover was. As I unrolled it, I discovered little beams of light coming through the cover, as shown in the photos I have attached. They weren't holes or tears, but rather spots where the material seemed to be separating slightly from being packaged for so long. While these imperfections may not be noticeable at first glance, they are visible when the cover is lifted up to the sky and viewed from the back side.

Additionally, when I put the cover on my UTV, I found that it was not large enough to cover all of the wheels/tires. While it did cover the back two wheels, they were tucked under the unit more than the front wheels, which were not covered at all. This left me feeling that the cover was not truly fit for purpose and was likely more suited for indoor covering, as I suspect it will not hold up well in the elements.

The fit of the cover was also disappointing, as there was a lot of slack in the cover even after securing the middle strap. I would expect to pay somewhere closer to $50 or $60 for this type of quality cover, and while I considered returning it and purchasing a higher quality cover from their site ($80 more give or take), I am now hesitant to do so for fear of similar disappointment.

In conclusion, while I appreciate the prompt delivery of my purchase from CarCovers, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the cover. I believe there are likely better options available in the market for the same price point.

CarCovers Disappointing CarCovers PWC/Jetski Cover Quality and Warranty Process

After purchasing a PWC/jetski cover from CarCovers (carcovers.com), I found the initial quality to be decent, though the fit was not exact. However, after less than a year of use, the cover began to deteriorate, despite being docked on a floating dock in the Florida Intracoastal and not in full sun.

When I reached out to the company to start the warranty process, I was disappointed to find that it would take at least 30 days to resolve the issue, and that I would need to provide extensive information and potentially even send them the old cover. While they may replace it, I have doubts that it will last much longer than the original.

While CarCovers advertises their warranty as a selling point, it seems that their process for honoring it is lengthy and potentially unreliable. I cannot speak to the quality of their other products, but I would caution against purchasing a PWC/jetski cover if you plan to store it outside in the Florida sun. It may work better in a garage with a cooling system. Overall, I was disappointed with the product and customer service from CarCovers.

CarCovers CarCovers.com Review: Poor Quality, Bad Fit, and Terrible Customer Service

As a car owner, I was excited to hear about CarCovers.com, a company offering high quality car covers for various makes and models of vehicles. I decided to give them a try and purchased their platinum car cover for my 2003 BMW 330CI Convertible. Despite the hefty price tag of over $200, I thought it would be worth it to protect my beloved car.

However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received the cover a week after placing my order. As soon as I tried to put it on my car, I realized that it did not fit properly on the sides of the vehicle. The material ended approximately 10 inches from the ground, leaving a significant portion of the car exposed. I was disappointed and frustrated to have spent so much money on a product that didn't even fit my car.

When I attempted to contact CarCovers.com for a replacement, I was met with a series of challenges. Despite multiple attempts to call their customer service phone number, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered. I also emailed them through their website, but never received a response.

After several days of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke to a representative named Rachel. She asked for photos of the cover on my car to verify that it was the incorrect size. However, I told her that I couldn't do that as my car was now covered in six inches of snow and there was no way to remove it without damaging the car. Rachel did not seem to care about my predicament and was unapologetic for the inconvenience caused by her company.

Overall, I cannot recommend CarCovers.com to anyone in good conscience. Their products may look good on their website, but the quality and fit was not up to par. CarCovers Unsatisfying Experience with CarCovers.com: A Review

I recently had an unpleasant experience with CarCovers.com, which I am not particularly happy to share. After purchasing two separate car covers for my Toyota Tacoma (with camper shell) from their website, both covers began to deteriorate within two years. However, the good news was that I had applied for a 10-year warranty, which was approved quickly via email, and I was only required to pay the shipping fees.

However, things took a sour turn when I called to place an order for a replacement car cover. I was informed by a "Supervisor" that the employee approving the warranty had made a mistake by not charging me a "Prorated" fee of $44.98 plus shipping. The supervisor was very rude and argumentative, and I had a hard time resolving this "Prorated" charge. Regardless, I explained to her that I possessed a 10-year warranty, and the product was defective. After multiple holds, she offered to waive the shipping charges, but insisted on a "Prorated" fee. I was taken aback by the whole situation and refused to pay the fee. After a long hold, the "Supervisor" waived the "Prorated" fee, but increased the shipping fees, which only made the situation worse. I requested to speak to her supervisor, but she responded by saying, "I'm it. There's no one here higher than me."

It was extremely frustrating to have wasted an hour dealing with this matter. I accepted her offer, however, and the "Supervisor" informed me that my car cover would be shipped on Monday (April 27th) with a confirmation email to follow. Unfortunately, the confirmation email never arrived. I sent multiple emails to CarCovers.com, but they went unanswered. I eventually called their customer support number to check on my order, but they only answer the calls of new orders. I was told that I gave the wrong Order Number, and my replacement cover had not been shipped yet, despite my credit card having been charged for the shipping fees.

To say that my experience was unsatisfying would be an understatement, and I would not want anyone else to go through this. It's unfortunate since I was initially pleased with the warranty application and receiving my original orders. Still, I can only say "Buyer Beware," and I have come to the decision that I will no longer do business with this company.

CarCovers Disappointing Quality & Customer Service: My Experience with Car Covers.com

I recently purchased a Gold Shield 5 L car cover from Car Covers.com and was extremely disappointed with its quality. Within just six months, the cover started shedding heavily and left a terrible residue all over my black XJ 8 Jag. As someone who takes pride in keeping their car clean, this was incredibly frustrating. I expected the cover to protect my car and keep it in pristine condition, but instead, it caused even more damage.

You can see from the pictures I have posted just how unusable and defective the cover is. When I contacted Car Covers.com to make a warranty claim, I was met with poor customer service and an unhelpful representative named Isaack. He was unfriendly and confrontational, refusing to acknowledge the photos I had sent him showing the cover's defects.

To my disbelief, Car Covers.com then informed me that I was entitled to a replacement cover, but that I would have to pay an additional $30 shipping fee per cover. This was an incredible disappointment, especially as their products are cheaply made and imported from China. I couldn't believe I was being asked to pay more money for a product that clearly didn't even meet its own quality standards.

To make matters worse, Isaack was extremely unprofessional and failed to provide me with viable solutions.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing car covers from Car Covers.com, and instead, seek out reputable retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Summit Racing, and Jeg's that offer high-quality name-brand covers. As someone who learned the hard way, it's worth the investment to ensure your car's longevity and appearance.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Car Covers.com to anyone based on my negative experience with their product and customer service.
