They aren't really based in California, as they claim to be on their website; it's a Chinese company (Chinese on the package label, and typical Asian sizing tag). They charge exorbitant prices, given the quality of the product. If I could upload a photo here of the skimpy fabric and the low-quality worksmanship, I would. No tag listing fabric composition, and no form available to return by mail. It took a month for a dress I could have better made by hand to arrive (and I don't sew). 100% dishonest company. They should be investigated and shut down.

My Alia top just arrived.. What a joke! No fabric label. No care instructions No Country of origin. The quality of the fabric is the WORST I've EVER seen and the sewing is APPALLING! . Apart from that, wrong Size AND wrong color! The 2X garment only fits an XS model! It's so bad I would be embarrassed giving it to a charity for needy people. I took the precaution of contacting the company before ordering and they assured me they were legit... Legit liars!... not shipping out of USA.. Mine was shipped from Singapore... or maybe China via Singapore. KARMA

If I could do no stars I would. I spent almost $100 on 2 items. I ordered them at the end of March. I got one a month later and it's complete garbage. Horrible material, no tags, and the xl is about a small. I still haven't received the other dress I ordered and we are well over a month after ordering. The first item came from china and i'm assuming the second is too. When emailing them, they said that it take 3-5 business days to get here. ummmmm...when I requested a refund, I stopped getting a response. I am disgusted by this company and their products.

OMG! You will find another post from me saying never received the merchandise. Well, this post is to say after 3 months, my package arrived today. Looking at the merchandise, I truly didn't know what it was. It looks absolutely nothing like the product online. It's like a child put the material together from looking at the image. I can't even say its poor quality; it's not the same image, not even by a long shot! Please don't waste your money! They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm reporting them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Someone needs to have them shut down ASAP.

This is a horrible company and should be shut down. They don't ship the product. They lie about it being on its way. Those who did finally get their product got it months later from China. This is very mis-leading as they say they are in California. They only give automated responses which say the same thing. They never respond to your question or your issue. They are a scam. You can tell this based on how they randomly send something out to get a good review but the negative reviews and stories are incredibly numerous and all have the same story. No refund, no responses, no products for months.

First I order 2 dresses size 2X which I receive after a month. Dresses are not true to size. These were no larger then a size 12. Thought I was going to have to cut my self out. Next I get a credit from them I order a blouse in white they ship black. They ask for pictures I know black from white. They're going to send a white one. After I send pictures . It's been 3 weeks. They don't answer my emails. Now I order 2 more dresses a 5X this time thinking maybe this will be bigger. NO! ORDERED GREEN AND NAVY. GREEN ONE IS 2X AND NAVY IS 5X LABELED BUT THE SAME SIZE AS THE 2X. They asked for pictures which I sent. And they will not respond to my emails. BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY!

If i could write this review with no stars, i would but the system does not allow. As with most of these websites, the online product has very little resemblance to the item that is delivered - when it finally is delivered - 10-12 weeks late. Hopefully anyone who checks this website will see this review and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. They will not proide a refund for any monies spent with them even if the item is too small, too large, or for any other reason. Instead of want to keep their customers, they do everything to avoid contact with us. In order to receive any reasonable service, I disputed the charge with my bank and cancelled my credit card...unbelievable.

I purchased the Miacci Dress. Looked great in the online pic $39.99, was charged in USD $80 (see the fine print). Received 3 months later after several requests. Laughed once I received the dress as I couldn't believe how bad it was. I wouldn't have paid $5 AUD at best for it. The dress was completely misrepresented. It was very cheap see-through shiny lining material, lucky to weigh 500grams with terrible stitching. Nothing like the dress in the picture. Looked like a school kids first textile project. You could never wear it out anywhere. Not even good enough to use as a washrag. save your money and buy online through a more reputable dealer. lesson learned, always look at reviews first. Save your money, its a scam.

I would give this ZERO STARS if I could. These companies should be banned from doing business in US or anywhere! Not sending actual merchandise seen on website! The item I received (finally after nearly 2 months) is in NO WAY the item shown on their website. This is a company that you laugh at when you see someone ordering something gorgeous and then receiving a totally disastrous, barely recognizable imitation of the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are not from Redwood California, but Hong Kong China. BUYER BEWARE. So ashamed that I would order from such a scummy, scamming company. I will never again buy from a Facebook ad generated company without looking them up. Facebook should also be ashamed for allowing such trash.

I ordered a sweater on 2/1. When I didn't receive in about 10 days, I sent an email and got a standard reply on how long it takes them to process and the shipping takes 7-15 days. First red flag as if they are based in the US and producing clothing made in the US, it would not take that long too ship. Today, 2/23, I sent another email asking about my shipment and a possible refund since I have yet to receive my sweater. The email I got in return is below. they do not even deserve 1 star. more like NO/NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought 2 shirts from this company at the end of January, which I received 2 months later - which i was never told it would take that long to arrive when I placed the order, by the way. If I did, I would have never ordered as I needed them for a work event in Febuary. The items FINALLY arrived and were too small. I wrote to the company, several times, since they are horrible with customer service, about returning the items to get a refund. They told me they do not offer refunds but a store credit. I told them "why would I continue to buy anything from them if I do not know what fits?" I am never going to use the store credit to buy anything if I don't know what fits me - so to keep buying items and not know if they would fit me?" NO WAY. I told them I do NOT want a store credit as I would never buy anything from them again because of how they treat their customers, their poor customer service, and not sure what items would fit me. so to please refund my credit card with the dollar amount I spent. I sent several emails and NO RESPONSE to this at all. this is the worst company EVER!

I bought a shirt from Caramelitta on June 7, order #***. But I never got it. I emailed customer support a bunch of times, but they never replied. I paid $39.99 with PayPal, not a ton of cash, but still a rip-off!

I got six things from Caramelitta and they don't fit me at all. They're super bad quality and not like what they showed on the website. I can't even wear them! I tried to get in touch with them by email, but that's the only way to talk to them and they just keep sending me the same message over and over. They won't even answer my question about returning the stuff and getting my money back.

I bought some clothes from Caramelitta about a month ago, but I still haven't got them yet. They only talk to you by email. I asked them about my order 10 days ago, and they gave me a USPS tracking number and said it would come in 10-15 days. But when I checked today, they still haven't sent it out.

I bought a shirt from Caramelitta and they charged my credit card on 7/2. But I still haven't got my shirt yet. I've sent more than 30 emails to them in the last 2 months asking for tracking info. But when I check the tracking number they gave me, it says the package is not found. Caramelitta keeps sending me the same responses over and over again, but I still haven't got my shirt.

This company ain't good at followin' through. They took my order and payment, but ain't sent me nothin'. They keep givin' me a fake USPS trackin' number. When I checked with USPS, they said they ain't got no package from the shipper. I done reached out to the company many times and asked for a refund in writin'. But they keep sendin' me the same response sayin' the package is on its way with the same fake trackin' number. It's been 18 days since I ordered and still nothin'. I done seen other folks online complainin' 'bout this company and how they don't get their packages. Y'all need to check 'em out.

I bought some clothes from Caramelitta on 3/24. They took my money straight away and I paid up. But, I didn't get my clothes for ages. So, I got in touch with them and they gave me a USPS tracking number and said it was on its way. But, the tracking number said it never left their place. I emailed them again on 4/17 and they gave me the same tracking number and said it was the shipping company's fault. But, the tracking number still said it was at their place. I asked for my money back on my credit card, but they didn't listen. I checked their reviews and it looks like they always take your money and never send you anything.

So, I bought two tops from Caramelitta on May 13. I paid $41.99 for each top, which made a total of $83.98. I got my order on June 19, and I was so disappointed. The tops were made of cheap and flimsy material, and they didn't fit me at all. I used their size chart on their website when I ordered, but it was totally wrong. I tried to get a refund, but they said no way. They offered me a credit, but what's the point? I can't wear anything from them if their size chart is so wrong. I want my money back because they messed up their own website.

I orderd ($79.98) on 07/21. I wasnt happy with the stuff and did the return/refund thing on the website. On 08/12 they said to keep the stuff and gave me a coupon code for $79.98 store credit. I tried using the code on 05/11 but it didnt work. I emailed them but they didnt answer. I emailed again on 08/27 and they gave me a new code on 08/30. I used it on 09/05 to order again. I emailed them a lot but still havent got my stuff or refund. I asked for a refund cuz I think theyre fake.

I bought a shirt from Caramelitta on 3/8. They sent me an email saying they got my order #3***8. I emailed them on 3/24 'cause I didn't get any updates about shipping. They said my package was on its way and gave me a tracking number from USPS. I checked the tracking number a few days later and USPS said the package was still being prepared for shipping by the store. I still didn't get my package or any info by 4/18, so I emailed again asking where it was. On 4/21, customer support said sorry and that the package was finally on its way. Today (4/24), I checked the USPS website and the tracking number still says "origin post is preparing shipment" like it has since 3/24.

Bought a dress from Caramelitta for &*** plus tax. The dress on their site looked like it was made of cotton/polyester blend, but the one I got was made of cheap polyester and didn't look like the one in the picture - the sleeves were plain instead of ruffled. They gave me store credit, but no refund. I won't wear the dress because it doesn't fit right in the bodice, and the measurements in the description were wrong. I used the credit to buy a tunic top that was supposed to be soft cotton/polyester blend with khaki, blue, and orange colors, but the one I got was black and khaki and made of low-quality polyester with a weird design. It wasn't anything like the picture on their site! I want a refund because they don't have the stuff they show on their site and the things they sent me are not good quality. They only offer store credit, though.
