No positive points. From the get go this company ripped me off. Took my repair money to begin with. After a few months of silence and no responses from them, I finally get back my FDT optical machine. A) it came not only with the same issue but broken in 3 places. And B) not sure it’s my original machine. This company smells and is bad news. You’ve been warned.

DO NOT USE ACME REVIVAL IN SHERIDAN COLORADO TO FIX OR REPAIR ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT!
I sent them a visual field that was having a software issue, with an estimate of $600-$800 to repair. They sent a shipping tag to have the visual field sent to them. The screen was damaged during shipping, but ACME did not insure the package. Wanted $2000 to fix the screen on top of the initial repair. I declined the repair and the vf was returned. However, they did not return the patient response clicker nor the power cord. Awful company! Beware!

Fraudulent repair service
This company made you pay in advance the repair fee by ACH wire transfer but return the equipment not fixed and in worse condition. They don't take credit card payment and only demand ACH wire transfer so that you cannot dispute the charge. By doing so, they steal you money. Beware, all email and correspondent come back without a last name so that you cannot track down this person. All phone calls were replied with a generic answers "we will talk to our technician and get back to you" but they never return a customer's phone call with any answer.
Recommendation: Do not get tricked into their bad services!
Fraudulent business
I bought a Retinomax Autorefractor, it was advertised as a refurbished working model that had been inspected by a proffessional technician, and if I wasn't satisfied I could return it no questions asked before 30 days.
When I received the equipment it was broken, in pieces falling apart, the packing was perfect and it was obvious that the device was not inspected at all or nowhere near refurbished. So I sent it back with their label, what I got was an email saying that it was broken and I they couldn't return my money, close to 3 thousand dollars, so they returned their pice of trash to me.
I called my bank and thankfully documented every single email and pictures, they protected my money from being snatched by this fraud company.
Recommendation: Stay Away.

charged me nearly $1000 for a repair that was never attempted, i with certainty believe they didn't even attempt to "diagnose" the problem either. its closing in on a month trying to get a refund from these jackals. thief's and liars. im convinced that their "I'm a real-live person" chat line is fake.

Practicing dentistry with a terrible experience with acme!
DO NOT USE ACME! I sent my sensor to this company for repair, they said I would receive a price estimate and would need to approve it before they began. They sent the estimate and began work before I gave my approval. They then sent the sensor back, but it was a completely different one than I sent. They assured me it was mine but I showed photo proof so they would believe me. They then sent back my sensor and what began as an internal issue had changed, as the whole outside was broken off into pieces. They claimed that this is how they received the sensor initially, but it was shipped in bubble wrap. Now the company is refusing to fix the problem they made. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed, but after my experience I know that is a COMPLETE LIE!

More specifically, I purchased a Zimmer ATS 2000 tourniquet, which I only used twice during the 2.5 months that I owned it. Unfortunately, the battery failed soon after I started using it, displaying the battery fail light, and I had to resort to making a warranty claim. This was when I came to find out that the battery is not covered under the 1-year warranty that they offer.
Needless to say, this was a heavy setback for me. I was hoping that their customer service would be able to assist me in some way. On the downside, we have to admit that we were a bit disappointed with the delay. Clinical work obviously can't be put on hold just because equipment hasn't shown up, and in the two days that we had to operate without the new processor, we did feel a bit like we were being held back. This is not to say that we're blaming Acme Revival themselves for this state of affairs: the holidays are a chaotic time of year for shipping companies, so we fully understand that some delay was inevitable. But still, it was a bit of a setback.
All in all, though, we feel fairly happy with our purchase from Acme Revival. The processor is already proving to be a valuable asset to our dental lab, and it seems to be holding up well over time. To add insult to injury, my purchased item arrived a staggering two months later than the promised delivery date, only to find that the anesthesia machine was not only the wrong model, but also incredibly old and filthy. Tried to order items multiple times and weeks later I would get an email stating my order was canceled no no reason. Reached out to company but they couldnt tell me either. Weird! At least they didnt steal my money I suppose. Company is a joke, I went with Victori Medical Supplies and they were responsive and easy to work with so far.
There is no point of expressing our experience. They claim to be a service and supplier but they have no building, inventory, staff etc. Just an online scam.
