Car Toys review: My truck

I just bought a new 2022 Dodge Ram truck and had speakers installed 4/23/22 I dropped my truck off Saturday morning and when I got my truck home I noticed the rim on my right side was scraped up. I went back Sunday 4/24/22 to let them know that the technician scraped up my rim and to see if they could fix the humming that the speakers were giving off when the music is turned off. They admitted the technician scraped up my rim and told me they couldn’t do anything until they received the complaint papers.

Desired outcome: I would like for my rim to be replaced or some type of contribution to fix it.
