Car Service City review: Horizon csc. Disrespectful and unacceptable customer service

I took my Ford Fiesta to car service city Horizon in October 2022 for repairs, after their assessments I was informed that they'd have to rebuild my engine because of a blown gasket of which they quoted me R29,059,13 cent.

Unfortunately for me that was only the beginning of my nightmare as my car hasn't been in a good condition ever since, almost a year later I'm still dealing with the arrogant and inconsiderate Jaco from CSC Horizon, after going back and forth numerous time from 07 October 2022 to date my car is still giving me issues and all I ever get is " bring the car back so that we can look into it " and to have my car back after being looked into with a new problem every time.

Their complaints department is just as useless because all they ever say is " we're awaiting a response from the branch with no resolution to my complaints what so ever.

This has affected my life negatively for almost a year now, unnecessary stress, financial burden and being stuck without transport for months
