Capitec not allowing me to transfer money from my bank account. Now asking me to scan [censored] in my app from online banking access to get into online banking to change settings so i can use my app to transfer money. It is physically and technically impossible to do this on my phone which is what i use for my banking.
Hello Old Mutual Bank. Expect contact from me. Ive clearly been with Capitec far too long now.
