Capella University review: Complaint

Hello my name is Daphne I am trying to go to school for a bachelor's in social work I've filled out my financial aid this started in July with a summer class I turned in all the financial aid they needed for the school I turned in my valid ID at that point it was valid I then went to the DPS here in Texas where I live and got a another one which was a paper copy because instead of Texas when you go to the DPS or when you even by mail or online they give you a paper copy until your hard copy comes in having issues with the mail where I live I wasn't getting my mail so of course I needed to go get another one the state of Texas has suspended all drivers license appointments so unless you qualify to get it online by mail or by I have to go in I do not qualify to do mine by online or by mail or by phone I have to physically go into the office to get mine not everyone qualifies to do it online. The other issue I'm having is I turn in one form they want another one I turn in one they want another one and then I turn all them in and I signed them and date them and they told me I didn't find them and date them and they told me they're not the correct forms it's a round and round basis and it's going I'm going nowhere I'm getting nowhere I'm doing the summer they canceled my classes 2 days before the disbursement after I did all the work here we are again in the fall and they're threatening to do the same thing here by the end of the week there's got to be an alternative method I can use if the state of Texas and allowed me to go get invalid idea at the moment so I was hoping that you could help me because I'm trying to do is go to school I've already done all the work I don't want to get my classes canceled again I have spoken to the fast office and they don't want to hear it they don't care they're very unhelpful the management is very rude I'm starting to feel like I'm a targeted individual for this situation and all I want to do is go to school I don't know if I have to hire a lawyer or what I have to do to be able to go to school and get my financial aid I worked my entire life I'm just trying to go to school and actually this your ID can be expired for up to 3 years for educational purposes only but there's nothing I can do at the moment at the DPS is not allowing anyone to go get an ID and my other forms have been turned in and I've turned in one day when another one they say it's not right and they're all right I've turned in every tax paper I can print off the internet from irs.gov for the the school office please help me I've asked for the present phone number or the board whoever I need to message they refuse to give me the numbers or the emails Michelle she's very rude she's my advising support not very helpful at all Aaliyah she was very helpful she was trying Bernice was going to help me soon as possible because I only have to end of the week and I can't even order supplies because I don't know if I'm going to get my financial aid please help me as soon as possible my number is [protected] email is alarm emailing you from or D Sutherlun at capella university.edu thank you so much for your time I really appreciate it
