Received my order on January 25, 2025, which I thought was going to be a framed canvas print, it was not. You have to read the fine print. The quality of the canvas is poor. The 30 day money back guarantee shown on the homepage of the website is deceiving. Again, read the fine print. If they do allow an "approved" return, it has to be sent to Auckland, New Zealand, which is extremely cost prohibitive from the United States. There is a location address in the US but that is not meant for returns. Not sure what that is about! I felt bullied into keeping the product, frustrated and offended. I felt taken advantage of and scammed. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company.

As of May 25,2025, I have communicated with Canvas Castle at least three (3) more times to confirm that they have received my returned print but I have not yet received my refund. They responded to my complaint and told me they would take care of me. After I returned the print, they sent an email and asked me if I was joking. I felt so offended. They do not appear to care about professionalism or the promise of taking care of and making sure the customer is satisfied. I would not ever purchase anything from this company again nor would I recommend anyone else make that mistake.
