I ain't responsible for the debt with CAMPUS FEDERAL CREDIT. Ain't got no contract with them. Y'all gotta fix this mess. Been dealing with this for a hot minute now and it's messing with my rep. They broke the rules and said they needed 30 days when I reported fraud and had a police report. They messed up big time.

I opend an account with Campus Federal back in [protected]. It's been 7 years and my accounts are closed on my credit, but the creditor keeps putting negative remarks on my credit to lower my score. I tried to settle before the accounts, but they said no and wouldn't give me any info. I want this account gone from my credit because it's so old. This creditor is terrible and not professional at all.

I been with Campus Federal for almost 10 years and they were good until they stopped taking my payments for my credit card. They didn't tell me nothing and just sent it to collections. I had a hard time during the flood and economy decline, but I talked to Campus Federal and they let me pay $150 every two weeks until I paid off my loan. I always had the money in my account, but they stopped taking it out and didn't tell me nothing. Then they sent my account to collections without telling me they were done with the agreement. They didn't even give me a chance to make the last payment. They just took what was left in my account and sent it to collections. This happened in 2018.
