I inspected a 2022 Forest River Greywolf Limited (VIN # 4X4TCKY28NK078022) for purchase ($14,900) at Camping World. Our Salesman, Bentley, assured me at that time that everyting worked. I took his word for it and accepted the offer.

Picked up unit from Camping World, We did a wak-thru with Sean. He showed us everything. He did not verify that the outside outlet, refrigerator, or ice-maker were working. On the inside, he showed us the refrigerator. He opened it up. It was not cold and was flashing code 4 3, Refrigerator is on Stand-by/off mode. He said nothing about the performance of the refrigerator.
At closing, Finance Manager, Nick Strauss informed us that "Camping World stands by their products so if ANYTHING goes wrong within 30 days, Camping World will fix it regardless of what it is. In fact, we don't fix it, we'll replace it".
We took our RV home and parked it in our driveway.

Contacted Dave in service dept for update. I was told that our extended warranty would not cover repairs. (See attached document from Assurance). Assurance confirmed also that the refrigerator was not working when we picked it up. Dave said he would talk to his manager on next steps. I informed at that time that the refrigerator was not working at the walk-thru.

Contacted Dave in service Dept for update. He informed me that Camping World would not honor their committment to excellent customer service and that they would not pay to fix this problem. If I wanted my refrigerator to be fixed, I would have to pay for half the costs. This is unacceptable to me. Camping world should honor their committments and not take advantage of senior citizens and pay the full costs for these repairs.

Desired outcome: Camping World needs to commit to their promises and cover the full cost of this repair/replacement
