We had Anytime replace both our heating and cooling systems, one in October in an urgent situation and one in May . In both instances they were very thorough and meticulous in their work. Both from the initial assessments to the completed work. Very professional and knowledgeable when answering our questions. We learned of them from our neighbors who highly recommended them. We will too.

I had my HVAC systems replaced. Stan *** was my rep who gave me lots of information so I could make an informed decision. The techs arrived exactly when expected and were able to accomplish in one day. They did a very thorough job and were very polite. Stan kept in touch during the process and called afterwards to make sure I was pleased. He also told me to call if I ever had any questions or concerns.

I received a reminder text the day before, and another when Stephen was on his way to service my system/change filters.

It included his photo & information about his experience in the field. It was nice to see a photo of who to expect at my door, and to know when he had almost arrived.

He was quick, polite and wore shoe covers (and a delightful Disney Incredibles mask) during his visit.

No complaints.

We've used Anytime for a new air conditioning unit as well as plumbing. Justin *** is absolutely fantastic. He repaired our shower and was extremely thorough and professional. He did everything A+ from the way he handled the repair to the way he cleaned up and treated our home. He worked extra to get the job done. Very impressed and highly recommended - we will never use any other company for plumbing and HVAC. Five stars!

We started using this service based on the recommendation of the contractor that sold us our house and they have not disappointed. We have had numerous visits from them and they are always on time, professional, and you can tell they know their stuff! I also like that how they tell it to you straight and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. We pay for the annual membership which includes preemptive evaluations of your hearing and cooling systems before each season. Would highly recommend

By far the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever worked with. Everyone from the customer service to the techs. My wife and I just moved into our home and Anytime came out and installed a mini split in our basement , had another tech looking at our ac unit upstairs and had a plumber looking at our water heater and sump pump. I was very worried that everything would need replaced because of the age but the honesty of the technicians only spent very little money. Extremely happy , I would defiantly recommend this company.

Stephen *** was great! Came by The next day and changed our filter after our ac went out over night. Originally, my girlfriend was sleeping and didn't hear the door, so he stayed around for a little longer then left and turned around and came back once he saw that I arrived at home. He really went the extra mile for us and in this summer heat, I don't think we could have went through the weekend with no a/c. Our a/c is blowing nice and cold since he's changed the filter, he also educated us on how to check and change it every 30 days. Thanks Stephen, we really appreciate it!

Oh wow let me start. Stephen was so awesome. He came in I told him a little bit and he got straight to work. He was here for a while which made me happy because I feel like he really cared about making sure our unit was running smoothly. After he finished he gave me a summary about everything and even little tips that can help my house stay cooler this summer. 'm so happy that I had the pleasure to meet him and I know I will use him in the future, but I doubt I will have to because he did an excellent job and I'm sure my AC will be working from now on. We had Anytime (Plumbing) out the perform five (5) unrelated plumbing alterations as required for a kitchen remodel. This included raising the water supply and drains for a vanity, lowering the drains for our kitchen sink & garbage disposal, adding a supply line for a new pot filler, adding a water service for a basement refrigerator ice maker and revising the gas line for the cooktop. All were done promptly and professionally. I have been a project manager for medium sized commercial work for over 38 years. Anytime's residential work rivals the quality of the commercial work that I accustomed to expect.

They are honest, resourceful, and just amazing. I called them after another company left us with no AC for 4 days and basically said "call someone else. We only do new construction (after coming out FOUR times-but that's a different review)". They got Kevin over to my home within hours. I was prepared for the worst. Kevin immediately identified the problem and began working. What I thought was going to be a huge job was as "simple" as him pumping out water and fixing something minor. We were up and running! The prices are reasonable but the service was great. They treat you like family. From the woman answering the phone (I'm drawing a blank on her name but she was awesome) to Kevin, I knew we were in good hands.

We purchased a replacement system from Anytime for our downstairs unit in 2019 after receiving a friend's referral. We were so pleased with the installation, service, and follow up, that when our upstairs unit died a few weeks ago in the midst of Covid-19, we did not even consider looking for another company. We called this past Monday, met for a sales ittionTuesday, and had the unit fully installed by 2:00PM Wednesday. We could not be more pleased. Due to a health issue, my wife has a compromised immune system. Anytime personal were all using masks, gloves, and shoe coverings during the entire sales and installation process. I would give a 6th star for the rating if we could, because the office personnel and CS agents were as helpful and kind as the sales and installation technicians. Customers for life!

Anytime Heating and Cooling technician, Mr. Amir ***, contacted me to let me know he was on his way. It was also cool when I was provided his tracking route and work experience. Upon arrival, Mr. Amir introduced himself and I was pleased to see him wearing a mask, gloves and shoe coverings. He carefully listened as I explain my heating issues. Afterwards, Mr. Amir diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly but also took the time to explain and answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Even though it was a quick fix, he still went through and triple checked everything else. Mr. Amir was punctual, knowledgeable, and communicative. I was truly satisfied with Mr. Amir patience and professionalism towards me as a customer. Anytime Heating and Cooling has a great member on their team! Highly recommended company, ask for Amir!

This review is a follow up note to my previous review left on 7/13. The follow up service was conducted later during that week. Mr. Steve was available earlier than anticipated so instead I met with Mr. Zach who was very professional, curteous, and did an amazing job with the installatin of my new bathroom sink faucet. To date, there are no issues to report. My experience with this company has been very good and I will call upon this company for all of my plumbing needs around my house. The service level that I received from all parties involved in the transaction, including Ms. Amanda, was top notch. This was a stark contrast to the service that I received from another so called well known company here in Metro Atlanta that sent two in-ept con men posing as plumbers who nearly destroyed my home. Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing saved my home. Thank you!

David was awesome! Truly a lifesaver! He came in and took care of all of our heating needs. He was able to address the problem, which was caused by our gas provider. They sent out a technician who accidentally/ or purposely turned off our gas meter for safety reasons, when we weren't home for his visit; even though we just had a technician come out and turn on our gas for our seasonal contract. This was just three days prior, to the second and obviously unknowingly technician coming and turning the gas off for safety reasons when we weren't home at the time of his arrival. Sooooooooo due to a booking glitch by our gas provider, our gas meter was turned off. David corrected the problem (lucky for us) and now our home is nice and toasty for the winter and our fur babies are happy! Will definitely use this company again in the future! The reviews are accurate, so go ahead and give them a call for all of your HVAC needs! Ask for David

I would highly recommend Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. This is one fantanstic company and a hidden gem in the metro Atlanta area. Late last month (June ), I requested the company to send their best and brightest master plumber to my home to review and diagnose a plumbing problem that was not properly repaired by another local plumbing company. They delivered on the request. Mr. Demario Wilson thoroughly inspected the troubled sink in my master bathroom. I was very impressed by Mr. Wilson's knowledge and professionalism. He explained in depth what caused the faucet to leak. Not only did he discover the true cause of the problem, he also found another problem that the previous plumber failed to diagnose which could have resulted in serious water damage to my home in the event of a failed pipe on that sink. Mr. Wilson also went out of his way to help me identify the correct faucet in order to avoid mismatched brands in my master bathroom since I have a double vanity. I am truly grateful that I found this company and I wish I would have known about this company earlier on to avoid the current predicament that I am in with my sink. Once all of the parts are in for the sink, Anytime Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing will be back at my home to install the faucet. Thank you all so much for the excellent service. It is greatly appreciated.

Every experience I've had with Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been great starting with my first appointment with John Melton when I was researching and comparing HVAC systems to replace my 17 year old ones. John was professional, friendly, helpful, asked questions about my concerns with heating/cooling my home, answered all my questions and explained what was necessary and what was not.

Since the installation I've had 3 semiannual checkups and all of the technicians: Stephen, Eric and David, have been great. They're on time, professional, efficient, respectful of my home, friendly and polite. They send a text message when the technician is on the way with a photo and brief background information. I appreciate that when the special filter is still in good condition, they tell me instead of replacing it and charging me for it.

It's a bonus that the same company I trust with HVAC also does plumbing. I had a slow shower drain and scheduled the same appointment window for HVAC and plumbing; they arrived within minutes of each other which was convenient for me. Demario diagnosed the problem, and came back to hydro jet the drain the next day. He was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgable about all things plumbing. He gave me good advice on a sink drain that was causing mild issues.

This is an ethical company with good people and I am pleased to have found them.

I asked for help and was told that someone would come between 1-6. I took a long lunch at work and the person still came after 6pm which meant I had to take off from work and miss an important meeting that was at 6:15. I did not make a big deal, I paid the diagnostic fee happily. Part of his determination was that water had been collecting in the pan and the system. Services could not be rendered that day for whatever reason. I agreed to the original diagnostic and scheduled for the service to be performed at a later day. On the day of service the technician arrived and apparently conducted another diagnostic to which he miraculously caught something additionally wrong with the system. This cost me an additional $200+. At that point the technician was there and the system was not working. I was in an unconscionable position and had to just agree to the new quote/invoice. Again when prompted about payment I paid without an issue. I simply wanted the system working again and trusted your company to be reliable and in good business practices. After paying over 2k for the repair, three days later the same error message appeared on the thermostat and I immediately contacted your company. I somehow believed that, as I had already paid 2 diagnostic fees and over 2k, the work performed on my unit would at least be warrantied for those few days. On the day in question the technician came for less than 15 minutes and tried to blame the issue on the thermometer citing that the nail that was lose from the dry wall was the issue and it was not secure to the wall. When I pointed out how nonsensical that was he then said the issue with my system was that it was installed at the wrong angle. This also made no sense because I had never heard this before and it was never mentioned in either of the two diagnostics I previously paid for through your company. It is obvious the technician would say anything to just associate the issue elsewhere and collect a third fee.
