The new service station in Kemptville Ont is great. When it first opened i could always get a gas receipt at the pump. For the last few months that is not happening. When i go in to get the receipt i mention that there is nothing coming out of the pump (no matter which one). Next time i go in for gas again, guess what. Ditto. Getting tired of this.

Early last I called to let them know I would be canceling my Propane Service in November. I called them again to confirm the last date required was November (The tank was no longer needed at that point). I asked for a tank removal date. I spoke to an older gentleman both times, not sure if they were the same person. Not once was there ever a mention of a tank removal fee on either call. Someone showed up within a couple of weeks to take a look. I got an email stating that they had been there and were concerned with my driveway in order to pick it up. Although other big trucks had no issue including theirs. They left the tank there until May this year. Picked it up and then I received a bill for $250+ for tank removal. I called the office on June 8th and spoke with 2 ladies who assured me they would get back to me the next day. Today is "9" days later and I have not heard from them to get this issue resolved.There should not be a removal fee... it was never mentioned... it took them 7 month to remove the tank and now they don't call me back.

I have been receiving bills via email for quite some time. We have also been using their online "request for fuel delivery" in order to schedule more fuel. Every time, we ask for a certain amount of fuel, in order to help with our budgeting, however the past 2 deliveries have ignored our request, and our tank has been filled, leaving us with a much larger bill. Today we tried requesting a fuel delivery, and they promptly called saying our account was on hold due to lack of payments. We had not received any bills (other than hot water rental bills) and nor had we received a call, stating our account was on hold. In a time where we are all living surrounded by uncertainties and anxiety, I am shocked at this company's way of treating their clients. The person on the phone said we should call to schedule fuel delivery since that is easier for her (never had we been told this before) and when we tried to come to an understanding, she simply said we'd be getting our bills via mail instead since email wasn't working for us (instead of trying to find why we hadn't been receiving bills lately). She suggested we get diesel from the gas station and fill our tank that way, because they were not coming to our house until the bill was completely paid.
