Good afternoon.

Regarding the above subject and other inquiries are as follows:

What is the latest update on the house construction? We have visited the site from the last four consecutive weeks and still no further development.

We have given 6 cheques to Camella (Mar-Aug 2019), may we know how many cheques have you withdrawn from PNB-Starmall Alabang Branch till
date? As you all know, we have not push the House Loan application to PNB and this week we are signing the contract/doc with SECURITY BANK.

If cheques and payments has been cleared, please send me the scanned copie of the official receipts and original copies will be collected by my SPA.

      • What was the cause of delay of the construction? As far as we know, we have been advised that this property is for RFO and for that reason we have paid a spot cash for the down payment.

      • We need to know the target date for the following please:

      • We need to know the contact information in AFTERSALES and ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. Or, your Customer Service where we can raise all our concerns and complaints.
