Calgary's Best Sunrooms. I had a bad experience with them, and I ain't happy about it. First off, the guy who owns this joint, let's just say he ain't the friendliest fella around. He don't seem to care much about customer service or satisfaction.

Now, let's talk about the quality of their work. It ain't all that great, to be honest. I had them build a sunroom for me, and let me tell ya, it ain't what I expected. The materials they used were cheap and flimsy, and the whole thing started falling apart in no time. I had to spend a bunch of money getting it fixed by someone else.

And don't even get me started on their prices. They charge way too much for what they offer. I could've gotten a better sunroom for a lot less elsewhere. It's like they think they're the best in town or something.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Calgary's Best Sunrooms to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to build your sunroom. Trust me, you'll be better off.

We've been tryin to have repairs on our Sunroom and have left many messages. No response.

We had a quote with *** and his team for a 3 season sunroom but the manufacturer ran into some supply issues. *** gave us a full refund. When the time comes to revisit a sunroom we will definitely give *** a call.

We're really pleased with ***. The stuff and workmanship is top-notch, and it looks even better than we expected. The installation was like 6 months late, unfortunately, but that's mostly 'cause of COVID and aluminum shortages.

I gave them $2500 upfront to do some work, but they haven't done anything yet. Then, another company reached out to us and said that this guy is going out of business. I tried calling, emailing, and even called the police, but no response. If anyone else is having problems with this guy, let's contact ComplaintsBoard.com and then we can go public on *** to shame him into giving our money back. He's just taking advantage of us and getting rich. I want to press charges against him because he's being ridiculous.

Rose *** got our quote based on *** requirement and everything was going as planned and we paid our deposit of $5 K. However, due to some unseen incident, the plan to build the sunroom did not push through. *** refunded the $5 K deposit immediately and understood the situation. Both *** and his team are professionals to deal with during the quoting and planning process. I hope someday that we can push through with the sunroom plan.

I signed a contract with Calgary's Best Sunrooms six months ago, but they never contacted me or returned my calls. Finally, when I confronted them at their address, they told me they had just declared bankruptcy. It seems like I, along with over 50 others, may never get our deposit money back. Hopefully, Calgary's Best Sunrooms will face legal consequences, which might be the only way we can recover our money. It's disappointing that they took our money without any intention or capability to build our sunroom and deck.

I don't get why people give this place bad reviews. We had to wait 'cause of Covid messing up the shipping of the aluminum, which is totally understandable. But they gave us new dates that were reasonable, and they finished the work on time. Our enclosure and remote screen were designed and installed just the way we wanted. It's made a huge difference in how much we use our patio, which used to be covered up. Now, we don't have to deal with the wind, and there's no more dust and leaves to worry about. We were also impressed with the quality of the remote screen. It doesn't even budge when it's windy. Thanks, guys, for doing such a great job!

I contacted *** of Calgary's Best Sunrooms *** early in January to get an estimate for a 3 season sunroom on an existing 2nd story balcony. ***, the construction manager, came out to my home soon after to take measurements and *** forwarded images of what I could expect along with the pricing. I signed the construction agreement in Jan 2021 for construction to start March the same year. Due to material supply delays the construction did not start until Aug 2021. Two of Sunroom's construction workers came out and completed the work in a couple of days. The workers were friendly and very professional. The quality, fit and finish of the addition was exemplary. Although the job took significantly longer, due to covid material delays, I am very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend *** Best Sunrooms.
