The company came out when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they were done the same day. Everyone we dealt with within this organization was terrific and very easy to work with. Made you feel like they really do appreciate your business. Our patio shade is a great addition to our house and we love it. Very easy to work. Install crew really had to work as our builder did not make anything straight or level. They did a great job and set up the screen to work perfectly. We have recommended Sonoran Retractables to many of our neighbors. Great prices too. Thank you.

Do not go use this company for any of your projects. I had them build some pergolas with roll down shades and a pool fence. During the construction they messed up my pool plaster by dropping nuts/bolts and other objects in the pool and never picking up debris. Whats worse my fence is now broken in multiple areas and is a real safety concern for my family. I have called them for months now and they promise dates but after 2 dozen phone calls I still have a broken fence. Unfortunately there is no zero star option to give Shane, Caleb and team.

Beware of doing business with them because they don't stand behind their product for servicing. We purchased a retractable awning from them and from day one it didn't work properly. They gave us the run around for several months and then ghosted us leaving us to deal with the problem ourselves. Personally I would steer clear of them by a hundred miles. If you're looking for a great company to go with contact "All Pro Shades Concepts", they came out and serviced us even though we didn't purchase from them and resolved our Issue in about 30 secs.

On 3/17, I paid $3993.65 for an awning and two solar shades from Sonoran Retractables. I was happy to see that the awning was installed and working fine. However, I faced some issues with the window shades. They installed the wrong shades on two windows, and these shades are completely useless. I've tried multiple times to schedule a visit for them to fix the mistake, but they have failed to show up on more than five occasions. It's frustrating that I have to be the one to call them and remind them about the appointment. They have given me various excuses, but the job remains unfinished. I really hope they can rectify this situation and install the correct window shades as soon as possible.

I got a rolling shade put in September . On the day they came to install it, I could tell these guys didn't have a clue what they were doing. It took them the whole day just to put in ONE shade. And guess what? By the end of the day, it STILL wasn't properly installed. They had to send another worker the next day to fix all the mistakes they made. Can you believe it?

Fast forward a month later, and the shade fell out of the track. We didn't even bother using it during the winter, but just last weekend we thought we'd give it another try. And what do you know? It was out of the track AGAIN. I mean, seriously?

Then this guy named *** showed up yesterday to supposedly fix the screen. But guess what he did instead? He ran over our fancy light fixture that lines our driveway and squashed a barrel cactus like it was a pumpkin. Can you believe the nerve?

So, I decided to confront the company about all these issues. And you know what they did? They denied any responsibility. Can you believe that?

In Feb 2021 we got an estimate for a patio cover from Sonoran Retractables. In March we signed a contract and paid half the amount as a deposit (around $2200). We scheduled the installation for June 14th, but they didn't show up. We called them and they said the parts weren't available. They rescheduled for the next week, but this time they had the wrong parts. They kept giving us different excuses for the next 3 weeks. Finally, on July 6th, they did the installation, but it was done incorrectly and didn't match the plans. They also damaged the newly installed turf and left a big mess. We contacted them and they came back on July 21st to fix the issues, but they ended up creating more problems. Now it's closer to the blueprints, but there are exposed and sticking out screws, missing screws, scratches, mismatched touch-up paint, and gaps where it connects to the house. We've tried calling and emailing them, but they haven't responded yet.

We got some solar shades made for our Ramada from Sonoran Retractables. We made a deal with them in March to finish the job by April 15th for a friend's wedding in our yard. But they messed up the agreement multiple times. Their customer service is terrible, they missed appointments, and there was no communication. They used window screen materials (1 inch) instead of the proper outdoor enclosure materials (2 inch). They even had another company come and check the project, and they said Sonoran Retractables was using the wrong materials and that the workmanship was shoddy. They finally finished the job just 2 days before the wedding, not the agreed-upon 2 weeks, which left me really behind on other stuff I had to do. The frames of the product are bent, the screens aren't stretched properly, there are multiple holes in the screens and the screening material is coming out from the screws. They used 1 inch frames instead of the 2 inch frames they promised to use, and both their own installer and the competitor they brought in confirmed this.

I hired Sonoran Retractables on March 31, for a retractable awning for my FRONT pergola, a retractable shade for the BACK patio, and coverings for a patio door and a window facing the golf course. The total cost was $7500 plus tax. On May 26, I called them to schedule the installation, but they didn't show up. They apologized for the mix-up. On June 7, I called again to reschedule the installation, but they didn't show up once more. We rescheduled for June 8, but they still didn't show up. Finally, on June 22, two installers arrived with window and sliding door covers that were too flimsy to protect against even a bird, let alone a golf ball. I refused the covers, and they deducted the cost from my bill, which was due upon completion. The installers realized that the shade was 1 1/4 inches larger than the opening. They removed the side braces and left the holes exposed, promising to return the next day to install the FRONT retractable awning. However, they didn't show up on June 23 or 24. After waiting for the entire month of June, I left for Colorado and returned on July 6. On July 11, I noticed that the BACK shade had gaps on the top and bottom, and the FRONT awning was just lying on top of the pergola without being attached. I need them to finish the job.

On or about 8/12, we paid $6,000 upfront to Sonoran Retractables for a pergola (gazebo). They told us it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. In early October, we started calling to check on the progress. Despite promises, no one has come to start the work. In late October, I asked for a refund of the $6,000. The person I believe is the owner, ***, called me and said, "I'm looking at the materials for your project in the yard right now, and I'll reschedule other jobs." I agreed to accommodate their schedule, and they said they would work on November 2, 3, and 4. However, no one showed up on November 2 or any other day. We called again, and *** promised to do the work on November 11, 12, and 13. But once again, no one showed up. This morning, November 11, 2121, we called and asked "***" where they were. She said, "They're on their way to pick up the materials." When we asked when they would arrive, she said she didn't know. But no one ever came. We called the company multiple times on November 11, but there was no answer.
