I contakted Hoffman for sno removl the day b4 a big sno storm. They arived as when the sno was stoping. I was very impressed with the crew, they showed up with sno shovels in hand and great attitudes. They had the 6 of sno shoveled from the walks in record time. The plow made quick work of clearing the driveway. This was the first time I used a sno removl service. The service exceeded my expectations and I will be calling them for my future sno removl needs.

I made a deal with Hoffman Flatwork and gave them some cash in January. They said it was too chilly to start the job. Then they said it was too damp to start the job. I tried calling them in May, but all three numbers go straight to voicemail, no matter what time it is. I left messages every time, but they never call me back. I'm getting pretty fed up now.

Hoffman Flatwork did my driveway in October . But in the spring, a crack showed up. I told Mr. Hoffman about it, and he said he was busy with other work, but he would fix it under the warranty soon. But then I didn't hear anything. I tried to contact him a few more times, but he just said he was busy and asked for pictures. I sent him pictures four times, but he never replied. Every time I talked to him, he acted like he didn't remember me. He promised to fix it in May , but he's been making excuses and lying ever since. The pandemic made things worse, but it's been a long time, and I'm still waiting for him to keep his word.

Hoffman Flatwork was supposed to make us a carport with a concrete pad in our backyard. They said it would cost $19,000 to do everything, like getting rid of the old stuff, making the pad, getting the permits, and building the carport. We said yes and signed a paper on October 13. We gave them $12,300 like they asked, but they haven't done anything yet. They said they would start in July, but they haven't come and they won't answer our calls or texts. They said the wood prices went up a lot, but we just want them to finish what they said they would do.

I hired Hoffman Flatwork for a patio on April 6th. Steve Moss gave me a bid and said they were scheduling work into July. He asked for a downpayment, so I gave him a check for $1963.50. I wanted to know the date before committing, but Steve said there was no obligation and he would send a contract with the scheduled date. I got the contract on April 8th, but there was no date. I tried to get a commitment via email and phone, but no luck. I saw my check was cashed on April 7th. I finally reached the owner, Mark Hoffman, on May 19th, and he said it might not be until September. I asked for a refund, but didn't get it and he stopped replying. On June 18th, Mark said he was putting my check in the mail, but I still haven't received it.
