Caledonian Travel review: Ref RCS0343587

On the 13 June I had booked Coach A, seat 10A to finish my journey from Elgin to London, I had been informed by TWO agents that there would be no problem with my dog, so long as I kept her on her lead.
Arriving at the Edinburgh, even though you advertise as being pet friendly I had to pay £180 + £30 to get a "room", the young lady and man were themselves very apologetic, but I did notice a rather large man giving me dirty looks.
I was put in a cabin which was directly above the wheels, andnext to toilet.
I have sent in, an ignored complaint on the 22nd June, and Scott Rail contacted you on the 30 th June. So far the replies I have received for your company have been evident in the lack off.
I suggest that you contact me at the earliest oppertunity so that some mutial agreement can be reached as to restution for the extra £210 the journey cost.
