Caledonian Travel review: Coach travel

Hi,
I would like to complain about the driver on our coach trip. He was very
unhelpful, and as paying customers we were not shown any respect. Our complaints mostly occurred on the coach. Traveling down to Aberavon it was very hot, the outside temp showed as 30c, all on the coach were over heated and sweating, we asked him to turn on the air conditioning and he said it was on. it obviously was not on, we travelled 3 hours like this and we were melting. We got caught in a traffic hold up for two hours so could get off the coach for some air, we continued travelling for another 2 hours, we asked for a break, he said he could drive straight through as we had stopped on the motorway and he did not need a break, he eventually relented and stopped at the next services, there he spoke to other caledonian drivers and then the air conditioning started to work. He then was very sarcastic over the coach mic saying can anyone borrow him a coat and scarf as he was freezing, when we booked the holiday it advertised as going to Cardiff bay as one of the day trips, instead we were dropped off in Cardiff centre which was 40 minute walk to Cardiff bay area
some of the passengers had zimmer frames and were upset they could not reach the bay without paying for a bus trip. When we boarded in Leeds the toilet had not been cleaned and smelled of urine and there was no loo paper. If this was our first trip we would definitely not be using you again. We have been on alot of trips with you and never felt the need to complain.
