You recipe and size shrinkage is terrible. The product was great and a price raise we ok I'll be understandable. But you ruined the flavor and the filling and I'm very disappointed that you joined shrinkflation. What were you thinking. I used to buy boxes of your product. I think you better go back to the marketing crew and fire them.
PS I tossed two of your boxes in the dumpster. The formula is that bad. Please take this criticism constructive so you can reclaim you brand and quality. I assure you you'll go the way of all the other competition and lose all you customers that used to love your product.
How about a comeback slogan, stating the obvious and showing rejection of the poor quality norm. You could look like heros.
