Cabo Villas Beach Resort & Spa

We purchased a membership in May 2022. In May 2023, we met to discuss upgrades. We kept saying no to their upgrade offers until the salesman, Marco, made us another offer. He offered that we would give back our 2 weeks for 2024 and 2025 then we would owe nothing after that. Our monthly payment went up but we were fine with that because it was only 2 years. As it turns out, he did not have Adam Clapp put those given back weeks in our contract and now we owe for 84 months. I have been going back and forth with Adam and he doesn't care that his sales person used deceptive sales practices to get us to purchase an upgrade. This is Cabo Villas/Corazon Cabo in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I have 40 something other membership owners that are having various issues as well.

I purchased a timeshare with cabo villas, I think the salesperson took advantage of my lack of mexican law knowledge, and also feel I was misrepresented. I spoke with Adam Clap about my worries and he simply stated the resort will do whatever is in the contract but will not comply with anything I was told verbally.
A couple weeks ago I was contacted by South Hill Finance a financial company. I researched this company and I think it is a Fictitious company, probably cabo villas just made it up.
South hill finance emailed me from this account [protected]@shaw.ca, from a public domain not a company´s domain as any regular company will do.
When I confronted Adam with my findings, he replied by saying that the company is listed on this website http://www.financialservices.cc/company-south-hill-finance-in-battleford-43437. However it looks like anyone can add a company by just filling out the form here http://www.financialservices.cc/add-new-company.

What do you think? Is this a real company?

I have been scammed by Cabo Villas, the salesperson told me that cabo villas would buy my timeshare back at anytime or I could cancel it if I wanted with no penalty needless to say it was a lie.

I contacted adam from the resort´s contract department requesting his assistance, to my disappointment he assured me that cabo villas do not buy timeshares or cancel them, I insisted that I was told a different version but Adam stated that he will do what is written in the contract nothing more.

I´m looking for a lawyer who is willing to take the case and do whatever is needed to cancel it.

We arrived at Cabo Villas on 7/23/11and upon rival were instructed that check in would not be at front desk but at the bottom pool where complementary drinks and
food would be given. After an introduction was made we were asked to attend a time share presentation that would only take 90 minutes the next day and would receive
$100 and four free sunset dinner cruises. Several lies were told during the sales presentation:

1) Maintenance fees would be $600-$700 depending on where we stay.
2) We would write off the timeshare on taxes for business purposes.
3) Cabo Villas would rent our weeks easily, for a profit.

The sale was based on lies and misrepresentation of the timeshare; I have contacted the resort in order to cancel my contract; but they just don't comply with my request.
I believe that they want more money... if they lied me in order to get me into the sale they will lie again in order to force me to pay my balance.
