Hello I had reached out to my financer for a catch up plan and they had no recourses that was doable. And I had received an email from the gentleman that flipped through the contract with me for some advice on what I should do to keep my account from going default and he had no resources either. Which that is fine, very understandable. I began to look over my loan as I was speaking to my lender and what they were telling me is not what my previous calls reflected. My paperwork looks suspicious on a few things and the vehicle is in process of being recovered.

Desired outcome: If further assistance needed on behalf of the loan agreement, and my concerns. Down payment and belongings returned.
