Don't expect a refund, I read over the agreement 3 times to make sure I was not overlooking it and in fact it was not on there AT ALL.

ITS A LIE. we got told "They do not like to give a refund over $200" so basically we would have been forced to stay the whole time.
Moral of the story, Do not get into the hot tubs. After that me and my husband both got really bad sick and had to leave early to drive 4 hours back home.
