TopView Sightseeing (topviewnyc.com) is a great way to see the sights of New York City. The buses are comfortable and the tour guides are knowledgeable. However, we did experience some issues during our tour.

Firstly, the buses were not always on time. We had to wait for over 30 minutes at one stop before the bus arrived. This was frustrating, especially as we had paid a lot of money for the tour.

Secondly, the audio guide was not always clear. We struggled to hear some of the information about the landmarks we were passing. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to learning more about the city.

Despite these issues, we did enjoy the tour. The views of the city were amazing and we were able to see all of the major landmarks. We would recommend TopView Sightseeing to anyone who wants to see New York City from a different perspective.

Overall, we had a good experience with TopView Sightseeing. However, we would suggest that they work on improving their punctuality and audio guide.

Me and my partner, we came all the way from Las Vegas to visit the Big Apple for 3 days. And let me tell you, the "highlight" of our trip was taking the hop on bus with TopView Sightseeing. Our driver, Joe Licalzi (we made sure to ask for his name), was the "greatest". He was so informative and made the entire trip a delight. We know that some people like to complain about everything, but this trip was exceptional. We truly believe that the driver made this trip the best it could be.

We saw so many iconic landmarks and attractions, like the Empire State Building, Times Square, and the Statue of Liberty. And we got to see them all from the comfort of the bus. It was so convenient to be able to hop on and off at any stop we wanted, and we never had to worry about navigating the busy streets of New York City.

We also loved the fact that the bus had a roof deck, which gave us an amazing view of the city skyline. We took so many pictures and videos to show our friends and family back home.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with TopView Sightseeing. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. And if you're lucky enough to get Joe Licalzi as your driver, you're in for a treat. He truly made our trip unforgettable. We can't wait to come back and do it all over again. Thank you, TopView Sightseeing, for an amazing experience.

We decided to take a tour of the city with TopView Sightseeing on a rainy day. We figured it would be a great way to see the sights without getting wet. Boy, were we wrong! The buses were leaking and if they were full, they would hand you a poncho and make you sit on top in the rain. It was cold and wet inside or out, and there was no heat to keep us warm. The driver was rude and unhelpful, and there was no tour guide to give us any information about the sites we were passing by.

Instead, they gave us a set of cheap headphones and had us listen to 90% music and random facts about the city. It was nothing like the informative guide we were expecting, who would have had a little character and made the tour more interesting. The bus ride was jerky and uncomfortable, and we felt like we were being jostled around the whole time.

To make matters worse, we paid over $400 for four people, which we felt was a complete waste of money. We felt like we had been scammed, and that this was just a typical tourist trap. We were very disappointed with our experience with TopView Sightseeing, and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and informative tour of the city.

I had such a great time with TopView Sightseeing! It was a day I'll never forget. The tour was absolutely wonderful and we got to see everything we wanted to see at a price that was totally affordable.

The buses were so clean and well-maintained, and the driver was just fantastic. I had a blast on the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great way to see the city.

The unlimited hop on and off feature was a real lifesaver, too. We were able to explore the city at our own pace and really take our time at each stop. It was so convenient and made the whole experience even better.

I had so much fun on the tour that I'm already planning my next trip to New York just so I can take another one! I can't recommend TopView Sightseeing enough. It was definitely the best part of my trip and the views from the bus were absolutely breathtaking.

I gotta say, my experience with TopView Sightseeing was not great. I mean, I'm giving them one star, but honestly, I wish I could give them negative five stars. The customer service was just terrible. I mean, really, really bad.

So here's what happened. I was on the bus, right, and it just broke down. Like, completely stopped working. And what did the driver do? Nothing. He just kept trying to start the bus and driving around in circles. He didn't even tell us what was going on. We were just stuck there, wasting our time.

And then, to top it all off, they just kicked us off the bus like it was no big deal. Like, excuse me? You can't just leave a bunch of people stranded like that. It was so rude and disrespectful.

I'm telling you, I will never, ever use this company again. And I'm going to make sure that everyone I meet on this trip knows not to use them either. It's my mission to stop anyone from buying from this company.

Look, I get it. Problems happen. But it's all about how you handle them. And TopView Sightseeing definitely did not handle this situation well. So if you're thinking about using them, I would seriously reconsider.

The TopView bus tour in New York City is not worth the money, in my opinion. My experience was more like a bumpy ride in an old bus with a view from either the open upper deck, where the cold wind made me numb, or the lower deck, where the windows were not clear enough to see much. There are so many guys in red coats from different companies at every major road junction in NYC, all claiming to have the best deal. It's a real waste of money. There was no commentary to guide us around Central Park, Harlem, and the Upper East Side during the night ride. I call it a ride because it was more like that than a tour. I suggest saving your money and putting it towards a properly run tour. The only good thing about the experience was being able to hop off the bus and into the nearest bar for a stiff drink to calm my nerves.

We had a really poor experience in NYC with TopView. Unreliable, leaking buses, overcharged, dropped at an unknown location, earphones not working. I have contacted their customer service and they have refused to give me a refund.

We waited 50 minutes for a bus that should have been every 20 minutes on the first day of the pass and when we boarded the bus we didn’t realise until after it was moving that it was leaking everywhere. All over our clothes and bags.

The second day the bus didn’t arrive for 1 hour and 20 minutes and when we got on the bus we were intimidated by the staff on the bus and it was very uncomfortable.

The cost of the tickets were more than double what another couple paid and feel as though we have been taken advantage of as the price online should be the best price.

Really unhappy with the service and they refuse to refund anything.
