Disappointed
We go to Gatlinburg many times a year, love to hike in the mountains and enjoy the area very much. We rented from Cabins For You the last time we went in August and were very disappointd in the service we received and then totally outraged by their response when we let them know our dissatisfaction. This is the first time we've run into such rude people so what ever you do, skip over this rental company when looking for places to stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

We checked in on 12/16/2022 at night and woke on 12/17/2022 with bites on my arms and top of my shoulder. Did find a small bug that appeared to be a bed bug. I took a picture of it and it did appear to be a bed bug. I then smashed it and it was bloody.
Just returned from a trip to Pigeon Forge renting Runaway cabin off Wears valley road.I must say the view was spectacular, showers were clean, towels and linens clean, that's the good. the bad will take a little longer. housekeeping was pittyfull, ciggerett ashes on deck, beer cans and bottles strown off of deck and behind hot tub. upper floor windows a mess.hot tub water had a very bad stynch to it, first night a bat, second night two bats in cabin.garbage containers not secure, raccoons acess them at their leasure.Downstairs bunk bed comforters very musty smelling, grand kids would not even sleep on them. very dated appliances. Had four adults and six grandkids on our four day stay.Contacted customer services and was told we should of contacted them sooner to address our concerns. My feeling are if I had to contact them I shouldn t have been there as most of our concerns were very oviouis mistakes that shouldn t have happened.Was offered 125.00 voucher on any Cabins four you retal within the next year, FAT CHANCH ON THAT. would be a very nice stay if issues were addressed and cabin having a very thouall cleaning.
I agree. This is the worse company I've rented from in Gatlinburg. The cabin was not as pictured- old and filthy. They were not accommodating and still charged us regardless of the horrendous conditions. Smoke holes in the couch, weird white/clear stains in the bedroom and bathroom, and the paint was 10 different shades. It completely ruined my trip and I ended up booking somewhere else and paying double. Never again will I use Cabins for You!
