First off. Used used Cabinet door World before. The cabinet doors they make are second to no one. Very nice craftsmanship, materials the us is good quality. Have bought both raw & painted, excellent Job. Now the bad. Their customer service/Warranty sucks. I had a pallet of doors delivered & due to a bad job on protecting the products we had a damaged door. This was in spring 2022. They did replace door after many months of waiting. (they paid shipping cost. Thumbs up to Cabinet Door World) but it wasn’t the right shade of color even after sending damaged door back to match. (craftsmanship was excellent color was off). April of 2023 I was asked to send another color sample since they didn’t have my original damaged door anymore. I can understand that. After exchanging emails with Danya and She guaranteed me she would not lose my drawer front and I would get it back I sent It to them (I paid shipping cost this time) since then it’s been no emails, I called and Danya was gone but Door was being painted. That was in August. Since then I’ve left a message to at least send my Drawer Front back to me COD.

Been waiting for my cabinet doors for three whole months now and still no sign of them. I tried to get some info from Cabinet Door World but they ain't giving me nothing. No updates, no nothing. It's like they don't even care about my order. I'm starting to get real frustrated with this whole thing. I mean, how hard is it to give a customer some info about their order? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Cabinet Door World. I reached out to them with a simple question and got hit with a really rude response. Not cool, man. And to top it off, their prices are way too high for what they're offering. I wouldn't recommend using this company if you're looking for good customer service and a fair deal.

I gotta say, I've had some experience with ordering cabinet doors from different companies before, and let me tell you, Cabinet Door World (cabinetdoorworld.com) is a real disappointment. Honestly, I'm starting to think they might be pulling some kind of scam. They told me it would take 4 weeks to get my doors, but after 9 weeks of waiting and being fed a bunch of lies, I finally had to cancel my order. And get this - they won't even give me a refund! I mean, come on. I don't even feel like they deserve one star for this kind of shady behavior.

So, I gotta say, I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to warn y'all about Cabinet Door World. This company is a hot mess, let me tell you. First off, their quality control is a joke. I mean, come on, if you're gonna charge an arm and a leg for your products, you should at least make sure they're not falling apart before you ship 'em out, am I right?

And speaking of overpriced, don't even get me started. I don't know about you, but I don't have money to burn. And yet, somehow, these guys think it's okay to charge an arm and a leg for some flimsy cabinet doors. It's ridiculous.

But wait, it gets worse. The lead times and shipping times are straight-up ridiculous. I mean, I get that they're probably busy, but come on. I shouldn't have to wait weeks and weeks just to get my order. And even when it finally does arrive, it's probably gonna be wrong anyway. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to get an order right?

All in all, I'd say this company is just plain dreadful. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Been waiting for my cabinet doors from Cabinet Door World since the end of March. I was told that even with COVID-19, the business was still able to operate. The first ship date was supposed to be in mid-April, but it was pushed to May, and then again to the end of June. Every time I call to follow up, I get conflicting information. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told that I would be put on "the manager's wait list". Apparently, I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with their service. These two doors are for a client of mine, so it's causing a ripple effect of dissatisfied customers. I hope they can get their act together soon and start delivering on their promises.

I was really excited to try out Cabinet Door World and ordered a single door to see if it was worth buying 40 more. Unfortunately, it's been 7 whole weeks and I still haven't received my door! I've been told three different times that it was going to be shipped out that week, but it never happened. Every time I call, they tell me that it's in production, but the guys are out to lunch so they can't check where in production it is. It's a real pain in the neck!

I'm starting to get really frustrated with this whole situation. I was hoping to get my doors in a timely manner, but it's been almost 2 months now and I'm not sure if I'll ever get them. I'm thinking about disputing the charge on my credit card, but I'm not sure if it's too late to do that. I really don't want to waste my money on a company that can't even deliver a single door on time.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Cabinet Door World. I was hoping for a great product and great customer service, but I got neither. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I would definitely think twice. It's just not worth the hassle and the headache.

I had a really bad experience with Cabinet Door World. I was trying to get my money back for months and it was a real struggle. I cancelled my order within 24 hours, but they said they couldn't cancel it because "production had begun." I think they were just making excuses because their lag time was supposed to be 30 days, but it ended up being much longer. I don't think they even started making my order yet.

Now they have my money and I have doors that I can't even use. They even tried to deliver the doors to me even though they knew I was trying to get my money back. It's really frustrating. I was willing to accept a reduced refund at first, but they didn't even want to do that.

I would definitely avoid this company. Don't believe their fake positive reviews. They're just trying to trick people into buying from them.
