June 2nd 2022, Fido on Ste-Catherine W, around 3PM. I come for a SIM card replacement. I am an existing client, then asked to show a piece of ID. I show my French ID Card as I’m a dual citizen and forgot my Canadian one home. The lady there then REFUSES to serve, condescendingly saying “use this one in your country” upon me complaining that I am an existing client with 3 lines and therefore my status here is already proven. She keeps refusing despite me pointing it out and, assuming I am international, condescendingly telling me that we’re not in my home country and that I have to bring a Passport and a Study Permit. I leave very angry and come back with another piece of ID, the lady is sitting with her colleagues and gasps LOUDLY upon me entering again; her colleague then proceeds to tell me they will ONLY process a Canadian ID. I went to another Fido location and did not have a SINGLE issue + customer service was spotless (thanks Loic from Rogers/Fido St-Denis).
Desired outcome: The lady in Fido Ste-Catherine W has no place there given her condescending attitude, bias assuming I’m a foreigner, as well as making up rules to prevent me from being served.I sincerely want this person to be fired for cause.

Fido - Overcharging
I have a monthly pay as you go with Fido for $10. For the last three months they have taken out over $40 each month for no reason. I am not even using the sim card. They do not answer emails, social media and there is no phone number. Their online chat only serves contract customer not pay as you go. They do not reply to any forms of enquiry
