We went through the drive thru and ordered drinks and a sandwich and a bagel. After we ordered 3 drinks, and the bagel, she asked for a BLT and the girl didn't understand so we had to go to the window. So we finish the order, we pay. They give us 2 drinks. Missing one so we tell her she was missing one on her order. Shes very rude already at this point. So we ask again for the moka ice capp.. and then asks her colleagues if we they do that. We're waiting 5 mins now and she comes back and tells us theres no lettuce and do we still want the sandwich. No appologies, nothing. Once again very rude so we're like why do you make us wait 5 minutes if you don't have the items. Tell your customers when they order that your missing things and she just proceeds to say that her staff is new. I asked her to refund the difference between the BLT and the ice capp since she didnt charge it. She gives me money back and i put it away. She then asks for the money for the ice capp. We're like why didnt yu just take the money like we asked and she said they don't do that. She gave us our stuff and said take it! You can't order things at the drive thru window! Super rude, super classless. As a manager in the hospitality industry, super appalled by the lack of professionalism, disgusting attitude towards clients, and just basic customer service.
