Shoppers Drug Mart

I went in to return a package to H&M through canada post. It was a prepaid return from H&M.
One of the post office workers (who wasn't even dealing with me) made a rude comment. She said "if I had a dollar for every time people return things through us!".."why do people do this?!" "why buy to return!?" I was shocked at her behaviour and said nothing ( which I now regret). It is non of her business to comment as such! whats it to her? its because of us she even has a job to pay for her sad old life. You should tell your employees to mind their own business and do what they are suppose to do...THEIR JOB.
