Was at the location with my family (wife and grandchild) on 3 August, 2019. Ordered breakfast for eat-in. Restaurant cleanliness was well below average. Majority of the tables were dirty. There were food particles on the window sills and the tables and chairs were scattered around (not organized). Had hard time looking for a clean table to sit at and enjoy the breakfast. Requested for the Manager on Duty (Mr. Navjit Singh @ 11.25 am). His excuse was that the "restaurant is busy". Asked him to have the table of our choice, cleaned. Staff cleaned the table but not properly. I had to finish the job (clean up the table). Picked up order (# 340), but the food was not properly prepared. Hash browns were half-cooked and falling apart, egg breakfast sandwich was half-done. Complained to the same Manager, but the Manager, again, got defensive and started to get abusive with my wife. Did not eat or enjoy the breakfast. Asked the Manager for money-back ($17.53) but he refused and once more displayed unethical behavior and attitude. We all walked out of the restaurant, extremely disappointed and have never been to this restaurant or at any other Tim's location. What would it take, before other disgruntled and unhappy customers follow our footsteps. Staff training and food industry cleanliness and ethics standards are seriously lacking.
