I brought my 2006 grand vitara in for service because my ABS and ESP lights were on and they run the inspection initially cost me 98 dollars, told me was the rear speed sensor, so I brought my new sensor in for them to install for me and cost me another 138 dollars, it only work for a day then stopped working, I brought the car back in and they told me it's another issue( reluct ring of rear bearing) instead of speed sensor issue, so they agree that I have my own bearing in, they will install for me with just 1 hour, instead of 1.6 hours shows on the computer because the problem hasn't been detected first time, and Staff actually put the initials on the Quotation, but today i went in, the store manager had extremely bad attitude and refuse to do the work for just one hour, said I don't care who put the initial but if you want the job done then that's going to cost you 1.6 hours labour. And throw my car key rudely on the table and get me out of the store.
Canadian Tire - automotive department
Hi I have a complaint about the Canadian Tire located in Nanaimo BC. I went to the automotive department to buy some winter tires yesterday with my son. The female cashiers at the automotive shop were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was ignored as they continued to talk amongst themselves using such bad profanity I had to remove my child from the scene. Such bad customer service that i reuse to go to ANY Canadian Tire.
