I failed my first behind-the-wheel driving test. They told me since I'm a minor I will have to wait 2 weeks before I can try again. So the guy looked up available appoints starting from 2 weeks from that date. He says that day 2 weeks from that date was available and proceeded to make the appointment. 2 weeks later it turns out that incompetent alsefj booked the appointment 4 weeks from that date! I go to the DMV to complain and they just shuffle me from one person to anther. Each person told me the same useless things and said it in a way as if I'm some ###ed kid who doesn't understand english...which is so ironic considering they're the ones who are so dumb they couldn't even get into college and get a better job than the dmv, they all tried blaming me for it saying that I must have missed heard (only thing is that both me and my dad heard him say the appointment was in 2weeks, and nothing was ever said about it being 4, which sounds nothing like 2, or a month away!), and I never heard any kind of apology at all not even any kind of sympathy just arrogant duchebag attitudes! They mess up and I'm the one who is blamed and punished for it wow

    I bought a PU truck in April of 2014. My first visit to the CA DMV revealed that 2 forms needed to be filled out and submitted to the DMV for "processing". I paid a total of $513 for their "service" and started the process to complete the smog requirements. At this point I realized that the DMV thinks we all make salaries like they do. Hmmmm...well the smog cost a bundle and took a lot of time since I didn't have all the funds available (on SS and almost 70yrs old). Needless to say, the DMV is a lot like the TV show, "Laugh In" with Ernestine saying "We don't care...we are the PHONE COMPANY!". Well, the DMV is the same...they don't care and it's all about the money, since the state went broke with it's obvious empire building and lowered efficiency. It's now Dec 2014 and the forms that I got in April have still not been processed by them. One form is a bill of sale...the other is a request for a title since the title was lost when the seller's father died (he drove the PU to cart the grandkids back and forth to school) No big deal with a lost title, right? Well I went to numerous DMV offices as my smog got resolved with repairs...and not once did the DMV address the replacement title issue or the other form...a Bill of Sale. Both were complete with being filled out. I moved out of CA with disgust and now cannot sell the PU truck since I have no Title. What is a title? Go look up Bill of Sale or Title on Wikipedia...keep out of the opinion blogs as they are all ignorant stabs at the definition from parking lot mentalities. A Bill of Sale is the same as a Title...it describes a seller and buyer agreeing to the issue...selling and buying, and what and where and when and for how much. Both of these documents have NO conditions past the Wikipedia definition. There are no contingencies and no conditions that the vehicle be smogged or used as a boat anchor! Pure and simple ownership is described whatever you do with the item. CA has seen fit to manipulate the law and have you believe that they cannot issue a Title unless you meet their "definition". Their requirements are ILLEGAL and violate the law...much like CA law the violates their own state constitution regarding a fishing license. The state constitution says that if you can show you are a resident of CA...no fishing license is required. Hmmmm...hypocrisy to the max and deception. A class action law suit might wake these thieves up but that involves participation...and that is what CA policrats hope for...no one will fight for their rights or even vote. If you feel cheated or insulted with the CA DMV operations you can call their 800 line...and get the facts and get on their screens to state your case and have them respond. Beyond that you can go to their 'Special Processsing Center" and have them resolve the issues. In all cases you MUST make copies of your paperwork (since they can't find it) and send CERTIFIED with a demand (no please and thank you here) that they resolve this issue in your favor. If you are not satisfied, state your case all over the net...all over the world and in their faces...it's obvious that CA in general could care less about anything except their CREDIT RATING and they don't give a damn about it's residents or the once valued "nice place to live" calling. This sacrifice will destroy CA in all ways and the wheels are in motion as of this writing with the recent net bulletin that CA residents numbering 23% of the CA population living under the poverty level...coupled with 10's of thousands leaving in droves...the bottom line is the PEOPLE...NOT the disgusting and uncompassionate world of the CA Empire leaders with all their nepotism and graft...oh, did I mention the CA LOTTO and it's generosity to the schools...and of course www.statemaster.com lists CA as # 46 in best educated...4th from the bottom. Where is the Lotto money going? NOT THE KIDS OR THE SCHOOLS OR THE TEACHERS FOR SURE.
