I ordered the aligners with a down payment of over 200 dollars over two months ago. It all started out fine, first week sucked but I think that's normal for any method of aligning teeth. The only issue was that the upper aligners came up too high and cut into my gums. After emailing them about the issue, they told me to just trim it and file it. So, that's what I've been doing every month.

Now I'm wearing step 5 aligners and have been for over 3 weeks. I've been following all the rules, using the hyberbyte, keeping it clean, wearing it at all times for over a total of 22 hours a day. So it made sense when, after asking for pictures, they said step 5 were fitting perfectly. Yet, step 6 aligners do not fit at all. There is a huge air gap on all of my upper right teeth. Step 7 somehow fits a little better with no air gaps, but the teeth spacing is just a little too far to simply switch up to them.

They've asked me for pictures of step 6 again, with some solutions to make it fit. It won't fit, it simply won't. I will email them back to let them know this, but I'm also now planning on stopping my treatment and seeking legal resolution if my requests aren't met.

Claimed loss: $300

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and to stop all future attempts to collect money from me. I'm more than happy to send everything back, I don't want it.
